- I still like my salesman that I had here but I'm very disappointed in this dealership now. I was promised when I gave them the right paperwork I would get the checks for both the cars I sold them. They said they didn't need the titles They just needed proof there were no liens. I provided them that paperwork and today their general manager Matt decided not to live up to what his dealership had Promised when I traded two cars. They took both of my cars two weeks ago and put them on their lots. They even had a potential customer call and discuss one of the vehicles with me last Saturday. They are now refusing to give me the money for both of these vehicles until they have both titles. Two weeks ago I was assured that wouldn't happen. I WOULD SUGGEST NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH DEVOE GMC IN NAPLES FLORIDA. In my opinion any dealership that would lie this blatantly on this bigger subject would lie on anything(That's an opinion and not Necessarily a fact) But I think most people feel the same way!

Visited for oil change & tire rotation. Overall Customer service was great. Disapointed that technician did not torque lug nuts to spec. He used the impact gun to tighten lug nuts, no torque wrench. Service rep indicated they never use torque wrench, only impact gun. This could create a dangerous situation when lug nuts are not torqued to spec. as per GM owners manual. Suggest management procure torque wrenches and train technicians in proper use of same when changing tires.
