Great experience buying my used BMW i4 from Motor Werks Cadillac from out of state. Brennan was extremely helpful, sent custom videos, and was accommodating to my travel schedule. No pressure sales, which I very much appreciated. Vehicle was impeccably clean at pick-up.

As always, my experience at Van GMC was absolutely outstanding. From the time I stepped on the property everyone was helpful and pleasant. Mike Nations took the time to help us find the vehicle we were looking for and then helped us set up the MyGMC app and all the other apps and electronics. The sale process was quick and easy. All of this is why I wouldn't go anywhere other than Van GMC. Matt Ceretta sure has a great staff and operation. Thanks, we will be back!!!!

Principle BMW of San AntonioReviews
Principle BMW of San Antonio review
We arrived at BMW of San Antonio after two weeks of looking at different vehicles, and we initially landed on an X5 xDrive40i. We assumed it would be perfect and that anything bigger would be out of our budget. While we were really impressed with its performance during the test drive, a closer inspection revealed that my son's knees were very close to the back of the driver's seat. We thought that was the end of the road and that we'd need to look elsewhere. Fortunately, we found a low-mileage BMW X7 at a great price! Everyone was incredibly helpful throughout the process, including our two salesmen Pete and Don Wilkinson (who i actually think may be a manager) Pete was amazingly helpful (he filled in when Don was tied up with appointments) so was the Sales Manager, the General Manager, Mr. Laird last but not least the Finance Manager went above and beyond getting out deal done!! We test drove the X7 xDrive40i and were so impressed by its features and didn't lack performance being a bigger vehicle I highly researched the reliability and decided to pulled the trigger. Not to mention My son and I both sat in the back and were pleasantly surprised by the incredible amount of room and comfort. I cannot reiterate the amount of features enough!!! It is now parked at our new home, and we cannot wait for the road trip adventures to come! Highly recommend this dealership! And Don's product knowledge is second to none , you can not go wrong with Pete he made us feel so welcome and answered all of my questions and there were many! Lol

Fishers Imports review
recently purchased my dream car from this dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, the sales team was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained every detail about the vehicle, and even let me take it for an extended test drive. The selection on the lot was impressive, and they worked with me to find the perfect fit within my budget. The financing process was smooth and transparent — no hidden fees or surprises. Their service department also seems top-notch; I felt confident knowing my new car was thoroughly inspected and detailed before delivery. If you’re in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, do yourself a favor and visit this dealership. Professional, honest, and customer-focused — exactly what car buying should be! I’ll definitely be back for my next vehicle. Thank you to the whole team! 🚗💨

Once we had an appointment, we had a smooth experience. The wait times can be very long, so make sure you have one. Jaxon took great care of us and communicated appropriately. The financing was easy and a very competitive rate. Everyone we dealt with was friendly. After we completed all of the paperwork, the wait was a bit long to drive out the door, but overall, I would buy from CarMax again and recommend it!

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

City Motor CompanyReviews
City Motor Company review
I purchased a used Honda. I was informed by the City Motors salesman , when I questioned the multiple owners on the CarFax , that most likely they were military personnel relocating. I was a bit skeptic at this response. First off, the alternator was replaced at no charge to me. I first tried to work something out with the salesman who sold me the car, which was to no avail. Pam's sister Sharon, in public relations, was the reason that it was done at no charge. Approximately 6 months later my car was deemed not drivable. I took it to a service shop in Chinook, where the owner had found a 34 page service bulletin regarding the motor and frequent spark plug replacement. Unfortunately, the extended warranty outlined in the service bulletin did not apply to my vehicle because it was older than 8 years, which was the life of the extended warranty. I was advised that my vehicle would not be useful for cross country driving, which was the reason I purchased it. Pam, City Motors public relations representative was a Godsend in the entire process of resolving the issue. City Motors service department worked with American Garage in Chinook, to determine the issue diagnosed by by the garage. While City Motors did not buy the car back at full price, they did pay for the service bill and approximately 70% of what I paid for the vehicle. Pam is a rock star, as is City Motors service department who worked with American Garage in Chinook. American Garage in Chinook provides impressive service. Their astute diagnostic skills were also the reason the car was bought back. It took a lot of tenacity on my part , but City Motors did stand behind the car, when the issue got in the hands of Sharon , Pam and the service department. Leslee Weber

AutoSavvy Santa FeReviews
AutoSavvy Santa Fe review
Buying my 2021 Ford F-150 at Santa Fe was a surprisingly relaxed experience from start to finish. Gianna answered every question honestly without any pressure. The truck was prepped perfectly and buying was straightforward, so I was on the road the same day. If you want a smooth, no-nonsense truck purchase, give Santa Fe a look.
