I was very disappointed with the service and manager of this place. I went for oil change and tire rotation. Service seemed great. I used my GM rewards card to pay. Previously, the original credit card made you wait until it showed on your statement to use points. It changed now and no one let me know about this. You would think that a GM Dealership would ask if you want to use your points however they did not and then was told that I cannot use points after the fact because it was already paid for. I find this process to be ridiculous. Credit card company was useless as well. I spoke with the manager JP and he couldn't help either. After this, I have sour feelings towards this dealership. I would also recommend that they get a service secretary since it takes many calls back to get them on the phone. I know they're busy but so am I. Very disappointed and when the time comes for a new GMC, I'll look elsewhere,

We have been dealing with Paul Masse GMC for a long time especially Tom Frat. He seems to know what we want and gives us all the options. We purchased a 2026 GMC Terrain and we are happy with it. Thank you again Tom for all your help. Your the best.

The best part was, he put zero pressure on us and knew the car inside and out. He is a true professional. I would highly recommend him to any and all I come across.

Two and a half years later our salesman, tom frat, is still going above and beyond for us!! He arranged a service for my truck, got me an appointment and the truck fixed in no time. This man is a true people person and knows customer service like the back of his hand. Tom needs to be recognized for his ability to ALWAYS TAKE OF THE CUSTOMER FIRST!
