Paul Masse is a great dealership to purchase a vehicle

Paul Masse is a great dealership to purchase a vehicle from. This is my second GMC from this dealership and I am very pleased with the vehicle, the service department and last but not least Tom Frat. Tom made my deal work to fit into my budget. It is a pleasure to deal with him. He takes the anxiety out of purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend Tom Frat and Paul Masse

A quality dealership in all respects.

A quality dealership in all respects. Knowledgable personel in sales, finance, parts and service. We?ve been dealing with this dealership for nearly a decade since moving to RI. We have either purchased or traded in several vehicles with the promised hassle free process. Our vehicles are always serviced/repaired right the first time at a reasonable cost.

I have been a customer for many years.

I have been a customer for many years.. Ive purchased over 6 suv's over the years. this time I traded in my Encore for an Envision and I complely regret it. Not only the the car reek of smoke now that the seats have dried after they cleaned it but it is a horrible ride and very noisy. I did take this car back to them and they stated they fixed the window that had a gap. Well I dont think so! its still very loud .. Im not happy with this vehicle I wish I had kept my Encore !
