Future Kia of Clovis

We had a very good experience with everyone at the dealership!! Jordan, Mike, Victor and Gary were all very friendly and professional. We looked at many different dealers and were not having good experiences until we walked into Future Kia!!

Horrible service. They gave me the run around for two whole weeks until I called corporate. I told them to order the part I needed but they offer to slap old parts back with a sticker ? To put it back together? I’m honestly afraid they went ahead and did that cause they said it might take 2 months then once I was upset for not getting any updates it was ready. I don’t know this place feels so shady. & to top it off no one helps ther the men are so sassy. Warning!!!

Mr. Geo was a perfect representation for Kia, and so was the other staff members in the service center department. What sucked the most was never getting the notification saying the updated emissions and ignition key plate were needed to be done for it was done up for California smog check as well in order to get new tags for the year coming. The lounge area was very clean. The bottle water refrigerator was empty, and 1 other sales person came through checking the seat cushions, to see how many needed to be replaced or repaired. Everything else was pretty good and very clean. Thank you all of Clovis Kia making sure that myself and others in the lounge were having our needs met.

Fast and easy process to go through, I’m happy they told me the processing time ahead of time. Friendly service department.
