Alex was recommended by a neighbor who also purchased a vehicle from him at Checkered Flag. Alex assisted me with finding the 4Runner I wanted and at the best price available. He did not pressure me into getting any “extras” that most dealers often do. He made my wife and I feel like we were dealing with a friend vs. a “slimy” salesman. This was by far the best experience we’ve had purchasing a new vehicle. I will definitely recommend Alex to friends and family.

My faith in humanity restored
Just finished my second purchase from Checkered Flag Toyota. I am officially a life long customer. I have always doubted car sales tactics and the stigma of "the sleazy guy in a plaid jacket" raking me over the coals. I will never buy a car from here ever again.
I bought my wife a 2018 Toyota Highlander, while the process of buying a car was simple the quality of the car is not. The car the we bought from the dealership is already falling apart the stitching on the passenger side and the rear where my daughter sits is also falling apart. The second issue that I would like to bring up is the dynamic cruise control three are days where it doesn’t work I’m driving on the highway and I try to engage the dynamic cruise control and the car is giving me a error message. The last issue that I would like to bring up is the gap between that navigation system this is not the first time that this is happened I bought the exact same car from this dealership and the same issue was happing to my other car. I brought these issues up to the appropriate staff and there response was “the issues that I’m experiencing with my car are normal wear and tear” I forgot to mention that I took the same concerns to priority Toyota and they said that I shouldn’t be experiencing any of the issues. So for that reason I would not recommend that you buy a car from here

Excellent Service
Checkered Flag's service was excellent. It was very quick and easy to understand what you're paying for when making a purchase. I was able to find the car that I wanted, including safety features, that I will definitely pass it down to my child. I was able to have great warranty on the car so my child wouldn't have to worry about paying for a lot. I'll definitely recommend their service to someone.

Outstanding car buying experience
Robert Cameron knew the vehicles and helped us choose the perfect SUV. Also we really liked the look of the dealership. I knew about the changes to the service area because I bring my Tundra in for service, but I really like how the sales area has been updated. Robert was knowledgeable about the process and made this a smooth purchase for us.
