our sales person,lawrence doligosa was totally professional and knowledgable.so much so that we bought three new toyota camrys from checkered flag toyota with his expert help.i would not have done so if he were not our salesperson.within a week i needed his help,,he was able to arrange the use of a toyota tundra for me in order to bring a battery powerd jeep to my grandchildren in richmond.i have already mentioned his names to friends and neighbors as well as to the general managerat checkered flag. i am positive that any help we may need in the future that he will be there for us.DONT LOOSE HIM CHECKERD FLAG.

Like many people I know, I do not relish the process of buying a new car. I was quite frankly considering purchasing a different vehicle when I visited Checkered Flag Toyota. I met Alex at the showroom for the first time, and my wife and I were pleased with his knowledge and his understanding of our needs, including our unwillingness to make a commitment on the spot. He was not over-bearing and let us come to terms with our desires, and then helped us with getting the deal we wanted. Michael was wonderful to work with. He listened to what we wanted, did not pressure us or force us into something that really would not suit our needs. The price was fair, the "deal" smooth, and all with whom we worked were friendly, courteous and professional. I've actually worked with Herbie three times now, and I always have had a great experience. He follows up, and he's just a genuinely nice guy. And it never crossed my mind not to buy a Toyota- I have always felt safe in a Toyota, even with the recent media hoopla.

My husband and I went in to look at the 2010 Corollas and changed our mind at 8:45pm to a Scion Tc. We were the only ones left in the building and everyone was still very friendly and helpful. I did not feel rushed at all. They even made sure I drove my new car home that night. My husband and I were very happy and will recommend checkered flag to all of our friends and family.
