Mike was a good salesman, very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was not too pushy in the first meeting when I was with my boyfriend. However, I gave scores of 4 instead of 5 because when I returned to the dealership alone, Mike and the dealership as a whole attempted the typical "She's alone, we can take advantage of this situation."

Mr. Mulligan is a veteran car salesman. He is very knowledgeable of product and I knew I was getting a good deal and decent used car. We faught over price, within a few hundred dollars and settled where we both were happy. Continues to be a great car of my son. I would recommend Mr. Mulligan and would purchase from him again. Charming man.

I have been a Toyota auto buyer since 1992. I have bought 8 Toyotas since then. This purchase was my ninth. At another dealership I was not treated as I thought I would be given I am a dedicated Toyota driver. Ray Aiden treated me as I felt a repeat buyer should be treated, even though I had not bought any of those prior Toyotas at this dealership. He left me for only a few minutes and came back after speaking to his supervisor with a reasonable offer for the new car. I agreed to the price without any haggling. The car was not located on the lot. It was obtained from a dealership about 200 miles away and was ready for me to pickup within three working days. Ray did a great job of getting me what I wanted for the price I felt was reasonable.

I will highly recommend him and his dealership to my friends and family. i visited 4 other Toyota dealerships with a highlander to trade-in and a large down payment but they lost my business because they acted as if they didn't want to make the effort to sell me a car. Mr Morales was the first salesman to approach me when I was at the Toyota lot. He was taking care of other customers but was cordial enough to assist both of us. Other salesman were standing around not assisting but you could tell Mike was a go-getter. I knew what I wanted and he explained in detail how long I would be at the lot and when I would depart with my new vehicle. Thanks to Mike I had a great experience and I will be back in the future. I visited many dealerships to find sales people not very interested in making a deal. I didn't expect this dealership to be any different and so I went in with low expectations. My salesman turned that all around. My salesman working with me tirelessly to find a vehicle and to make a deal I was happy with.

Michael Morales was straight-forward and easy to work with. He returned phone calls promptly. With him as our salesperson, we are confident we got a great price on our vehicle and found the best configuration to meet our needs. We did a lot of shopping around, but Checkered Flag Toyota was our first and last stop.

Buying my Yaris at Checkered Flag was a very pleasant first time experience. Jim was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The overall experience was good, although it took much longer from the time I decided to purchase the car until the time I drove off the lot than expected. I would definitely purchase another vehicle at Checkered Flag in the future.

Michael Yuan, he took the time to listen to what I was saying, and explained fully his answers to my questions. He was very professional, the dealership itself was very professional, and I still am amazed how clean the service bays were!
