We were greeted at the door and Tatsiana was very quickly able to locate the Toyota Sienna we had seen on the Checkered Flag Toyota website. My old Sienna was totalled in a 4 car collision and I had it since 2010. Was the best vehicle I ever had & I was devastated & having a difficult time finding anything comparable. I was ecstatic to find this new Sienna and Tatsiana made it such a smooth transition! She was so kind and helpful-lovely young lady! I am totally in love with my new Sienna! Thank you so much!!

Excellent customer service. Lavon was very happy to assist us. It took us about three weeks to find right car. He was very patient throughout the whole process. He kept in contact through calls, texts and emails. He was never pushy and he always took the time to answer any questions I had. He took me out several times until we finally found the right car for me. It was a difficult time for me because I started this search not knowing what I wanted. I managed to narrow it down but then I had very specific needs, which made it even more difficult. I really appreciated his patience with me. Found the right car :) Worth the wait! Great Experience!

Checkered Flag Toyota has the best customer service I have had in years, there is a very young man names Robby Cade, he is young but his experience is spot on and hpe is a valued member of Checkeredp Flag group but I dealt with Robby from beginning to end and I mean driving off the lot. If anyone wants an awesome experience they should take a drive to Checkered Flag Toyota you will be very please .

He may look young but don?t let his youth fool you, I was very impressed by his skill and he made me feel comfortable. Just purchased a new truck and Jaclyn Campbell was my sales lady and I couldn?t be more pleased with her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra step to make this a seemless process.
