I was searching for a new vehicle and Robert L. Case III responded and he was great. He provided me with all the information necessary to make my decision and what I love about this young man he was not pushie but informative. I end up buy a new 2017 Sienna and my experience was great I recommend him to my friends and any other person I may come in contact with that's looking to buy a vehicle. After lots of online shopping and reading of reviews I decided to test drive all of the top vehicles in each category ranked by Consumer Reports. It was a long list. Many of those vehicles, unsurprisingly, were Toyotas. I was greeted very graciously by Tatsiana, who was very helpful in answering any questions I had and was perfectly knowledgeable. She led me on several test drives and when she was not available Joe helped me with several more test drives. Both of them could not have been nicer to work with and their diligent service helped me discover the perfect vehicle for me and my business. I wish them both great success!
