I purchased a new Tacoma this week. My product specialist, Tatsiana , was very friendly and knowledgable about the vehicle and the car buying process. She took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and ensured that I was completely satisfied with my selection before beginning any paperwork. She was very professional and spent considerable time demonstrating all the features on the vehicle. She did not pressure as I reviewed the payment options, and gave me ample time to make my decision. She was flexible in allowing me to go home in the middle of the process to prepare my previous Tacoma for trade in. Her manager, Ryan, was very helpful during the trade in process as well as calculating payments that were suitable for me. Pamela streamlined the process of finalizing the deal and thoroughly explained all the paperwork involved. Although car buying can be a stressful, but exciting experience, I felt comfortable throughout the time I spent at the dealership.This is the second time I have purchased from Checkered Flag Toyota and I would highly recommend Checkered Flag Toyota and the professional staff members for anyone that is considering a new or used vehicle.
