Went to buy a car, they backed out after receiving

Went to buy a car. The sales rep Alan agreed upon a price with us knowing it would be delivered, and days after, wanted to charge us another $800 in delivery fees. After back and forth, the GM said he'd make the sale rep Alan deliver the car to us himself. I sign paperwork, mail a $9,000 deposit in which they cashed. The bank tells the dealership they're over nighting a check they'll receive the next day, and Paul Williams/Josh Hamelton tells my banker and vp they're canceling the deal after I've signed all the paperwork and gone through all this work. I called them once to ask what happened and they don't pick up their phones or return my call. Not a very professional place to buy a car and definitely not a good experience. Won't be buying my next company cars from a Checkered Flag dealership.

If I could would give negative stars. No one is responsible horrible service. Upped estimate 4 times and nothing but lies and blame of other parts of their facility and false information. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE.

I am not happy with them at all. I've had two...

I am not happy with them at all. I've had two transmissions replaced . The first i had the car a month. The second was 6 months later. They charged my AUL contract on the second one that wasn't even in effect yet. They left me under the impression that they had covered it because it was faulty. Now when I called AUL they said my coverage was already used . i have been jerked around continuously by this company . when i bought this car I was told it was covered bumper to bumper the first year. I had two transmissions in less then a year because they put junk in your vehicle.

Purchased a new Toyota Sienna XLE hybrid

Fredie has been my go to product specialist for almost 15yrs and had purchased 3 vehicles with his help. Very highly recommended to all my friends and family! We have been getting our cars from Checkered Flag Toyota for a long time and satisfied all the time with the exceptional assistance of Freddie Santos. He is always straight forward and honest with the information he offers and answers to questions we asked.Our next car will be again at Checkered Flag Toyota and with Freddie Santos as the go to sales person .The dealership is very customer friendly ambience wise and sales wise and they have excellent care service for your cars after you bought them
