Review
I was very disappointed in my experience there. I was greeted immediately but after asking to speak with the salesman, I was completely ignored. I was given no update or status of how long he might be. I watched him end his time with another customer and assumed the front desk would advise him I was waiting for him. They did not. Granted, I could have reminded them I was there but I was the only customer waiting. I went over and stood by the desk thinking they could not see me where I was waiting. That did not prompt the 5 people gathered around the front to ask again how they could help. Again, I could have spoken up but I thought if this is the service I receive when I want to buy a car, what would it be like to deal with them after a purchase? So I left.

Keisha was awesome and very informative. I'm disappointed with checkered flag because I spent $300 to get my battery terminals cleaned to have to spend $650 to replace my battery and alternator a week later. Now there's something else wrong with my car and y'all are charging me another $671 just to identify the problem. I bought my car from this dealership and get all maintenance work completed here and you can't offer any benefits to long time, faithful customers

Recently, I purchased my 2021 Highlander XSE from him and he found the perfect highlander for my needs on the first try.
