Sales associates were very friendly and made sure my needs were met. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. They definitely exceeded all my expectations. I was able to get into a new car within hours. And because of the great deals and rebates offered, it cost me much less than expected.

Jaclyn Campbell made my car buying process easy and trouble free. I found her very intuitive, professional, knowledgeable and very organize. I ltook her advice and have been very pleased. She seemed to alsways be one step ahead. The whole process went by so quick because of it. I am very impressed with your sales staff. A year ago, Jaclyn Campbell helped me at Checkered Flag Toyota to buy a car. She spent a lot of time with me, trying out different cars, and though I was not able to buy a car at that time due to my credit, her professionalism left an impression on me. I took a year and fixed my credit, then decided to buy a car. I called my insurance company two days ago, and they approved a car loan for me and told me about a car buying service they have with some dealerships and how I can get cheaper cars. I was VERY tempted, but Jaclyn had always kept in touch with me, and remembering the impression she made on me, I went to her first. I am soooo glad I did. Jaclyn is very intuitive. She listened to what I hat type of car, color and price I was looking, and only took me to those cars and not wasted my time with anything else but always asked if there were any other cars I would like to look at. She is very knowledgeable with the cars, and above all, organized. I do not recall having ever met a sales person, whether selling cars or any other product, as organized and aware of how the system works as she, and does it with a smile on her face. She explained the process, and everything seemed to go exactly as she said it would, like clock work. It seemed like I was driving my new car in no time as a result. Everyone I met at Checkered Flag Toyota was very delightful and helpful. Jaclyn is very fortunate to have a great team she can rely on, and as you are with her. I also want to thank Pam for explaining the warranties and finance in simple terms for me and getting me a WAY better rate than I came in with. Didn't think it was possible. Brian was absolutely excellent during the whole purchase process. He kept in constant contact during the vehicle transfer process. The only issue we had was waiting on a financial advisor since only one was working the night we finalized everything. Brian continues to be excellent during follow up appointments to have some additional options installed at our convenience. Excellent transparency with the no-hassle price and didn't mind one bit that we ended up trading at another business. Thanks for everything guys, much less stress.

Brian did a great job. Went way above my expectations. He showed me around, and did not pressure me to buy a vehicle. He knew what I was looking for right away and was very helpful. When it came to the pricing he was willing to work with me, and I honestly felt like I received a great price.

The title says it all. By far, the best car buying experience I've had. I love my new 2017 Carolla. I would have never considered buying it without the great customer service and honesty Brian Cossak provided.
