Easy! Great! Friendly! Accommodating!

Christopher Larkin was great! The whole dealership is great! Always VERY easy to deal with- but also very accommodating. Highly recommend not only the dealership - but also, Christopher Larkin, our sales associate. My husband has a very busy schedule- we did not set foot into the dealership until we came in to sign the papers. We have bought cars there previously and had no concerns about conducting the entire transaction via text and a couple of phone calls. Our experience could not have been Any better.

Great experience with this dealership

I normally don't buy used cars from dealerships because of the cost vs buying from private seller, but they happened to have a rare car that I wanted. I sent an email after hours and Mark Carofano responded promptly the next morning. They were very reasonable in the negotiation process and never tried to gouge me at any point. They even took care of a few maintenance items before handing me the car! Mark was extremely responsive and professional. When I got there he had everything ready and gave me some Mercedes swag. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured at a typical dealership. It was a very warm and relaxing atmosphere. They had ordered pizza for the staff that day and he offered me a slice. He made it feel like it was a family business! I flew to pick up my car and had a 7 hour drive and they made it totally worth the travel. Katie the finance manager was also extremely pleasant and easy to talk to! She made the paperwork process seem, well seemless! Sometimes you see 150 reviews at all 5 stars and you think well this is probably fake but the you experience it for yourself and understand how they got these ratings. This is the first and probably last review I'll ever leave for a dealership and I'm glad it was for Mark, Katie and Mercedes of New London.

Sprinter Van

Can't say enough about our experience with the service department. We have a Sprinter van converted to a dog and cat grooming salon on wheels. When we are down we can't work. The service department always finds a way to get us up and moving again in the fastest possible time. Although we live only 20 mins from another dealer we choose to drive the hour plus it takes just to bring our van to the most honest, hard working dealership we have had the experience of working with. NLON Carriage House has the best customer service. I am always amazed at the personal response and care that I receive. I enjoy the waiting room which is clean and relaxing or the option to.have a car.

Outstanding Service

Within minutes of emailing this dealer, I received a call back from Chris Larkin, the internet sales contact. Chris was at all times diplomatic, friendly and helpful. He confirmed a number of details about the car i was interested in. Chris also followed up on regular intervals with me. Even though - for unrelated reasons - I wound up buying a BMW from another dealer, I cannot rate my interaction with Chris highly enough. One of my friends will be replacing her Mercedes soon and I will absolutely recommend MB of New London as the first place to shop.

Love my ML 350!

Chelsea is a great sales person. She was committed to my complete satisfaction. She showed an interest in our lives as well as our deal. She took me through the software and operation of this beautiful car, ensuring that I understood all features. Katie made the closing personable and enjoyable, showing interest in our lives as well as ensuring we understood all documents signed. Jeff Aiosa has put together a team of professionals that are all competent and courteous. We were treated like family during this transaction. Highly recommended!

I had a awesome experience buying my new car. Sales girl Chelsea was understood what I wanted. Everything was explained to me all the options that will have and more.

Outstanding Car Buying Experience

We purchased a 2013 MB Wagon from Carriage House last summer and worked with both Chelsea Castagna and Mark Gaudette. We live in NC, purchased the car through an online portal "sight and unseen", and communicated with Chelsea and Mark exclusively via email, phone, and text. They were both very prompt in responding to our questions, extremely professional and personable in their approach, and we could not be happier with the car. Highly recommend Carriage House and hope to have an opportunity to do business with Mark and Chelsea again.

2012 Lexus RX 350

Over all happy with the purchase of my used Lexus RX 350. I can't say enough about my sales rep Tom Thibodeau and finance guy Mike Leahmann .
