At Westlie Ford, we treat our customers like family, because we know a thing or two about family. What you may not have known about your local Ford dealer is that we’ve been family owned and operated for more than 70 years! Three generations of our family have lived in Washougal, WA, and the majority of our employees live in the Camas and Washougal area, so giving back to our community is an important part of the Westlie Ford culture. We are a proud supporter of the Camas High School and Washougal High School booster clubs, and we host a fundraiser for them each year on our showroom floor.

A big shout out to Trever Straight from Westlie Ford

A big shout out to Trever Straight from Westlie Ford Washougal Wa. He did an amazing job getting our Escape 2019 on the road again Negotiating with the warranty company, With the coolant intrusion onto the engine. Did an amazing job. We are very thankful for the hard work and dedication.

I had Aimee for the sale.

I had Aimee for the sale. Her two best qualities are knowledge about cars and patience. I had been to other dealerships and she treated me 1000% better than anyone else. I love my Bronco !

I arrived early and they got me right in.

I arrived early and they got me right in. Staff is professional, courteous and friendly. I was updated throughout so knew when my vehicle would be ready.

I paid Westlie Ford $388 to change 4 halogen bulbs on a

I paid Westlie Ford $388 to change 4 halogen bulbs on a 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I supplied two H11 bulbs and they charged $50/each for 2xH9 bulbs that retail fior $20 O’Reilly’s (where they bought them) and $15/each at most retailers. They charged another $46 in shop supplies (on 4 bulbs?) and said they charge a 3% fee unless payment is by cash/debit (also not disclosed). They refunded the $46.69 for “Shop Fees” and felt they were doing me a favor. I feel otherwise: if it’s not disclosed in the quote, it shouldn’t be on the invoice. Not unless the scope of work changed. Changing 4 lightbulbs cost $341.69 (including their 150% markup on halogen bulbs). It’s a shoulder shrug for the dealer and price gouging to me. Imagine what 4 spark plugs, or a sensor, will cost.

Excellent service.

Excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Able to get my truck in for service quickly, and the shuttle service/delivery of my vehicle to my home when work was completed was a wonderful benefit.
