Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable he got us what we had to have out of our trade in and made process as smooth as possible.

Went for oil change and tire rotation, I wanted the worn tires to be moved to back so I could have the better tires in front,they declined? Not sure why my wishes weren't followed, then they said my car needed a head cylinder, aka blown head,not sure why it drives and runs perfectly, I have had and driven cars with bad head/gaskets and thy always have oil in water or water in oil or smoke,miss,run poorly. Not sure what is going own but feels like they are lying about stuff to get more money,and /or trying to scam the service warranty I have to pay a bunch of money for no reason,they lost my wiper fluid cap and wanted to charge me 54.00 for new one,I bought one for 11.00 at autozone,the oil leak I feel came from them removing my filter to replace with new one,and leaked the old oil down my engine,I think they are crooked and hate going there but have few options on warranty because I bought Carr and warranty there
