My husband and son walked into the dealership, they were in there for over 15 min. Not one person spoke to them. Not even a Hello. They were looked at, but still no acknowledgement. They even crossed the ropes to get a closer look at a car, and still nothing. Maybe because they were wearing shorts and a tank top/ T- Shirt. I then called the dealership and spoke with the manager who was extremely uncaring about the situation. I told him to never judge a book by its cover. They have lost our business forever. I will never deal with them again.

I took my Lamborghini Murcielago in for it to be looked at. They drove it from the front to the service area with the e brake on. The car was smoking furiously when they got it in the service bay then they tried to cover up their mistake. I'm tremendously disappointed. The way they handled my issue was horrible.

Lamborghini Sarasota is the benchmark for customer service. Just had my annual service performed by them. There service technician Matt is one of the best I have ever encountered. His expertise is evident and he uses the utmost caution and care when performing service. All persons that I have come in contact with (Jordan, John, Fernando, etc.) genuinely care about the customer and are dedicated to making the experience of buying, ownership, and service as pleasant and easy as possible.
