I had an issue with my car not starting and was towed to...

I had an issue with my car not starting and was towed to the dealership. They got me in and out in about an hour. I was very pleased with the service. It happened to be the battery and was replaced free of charge because I was within the warranty. I was happy about that.

Overall the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. Excellent Job by everyone there. Customer service was excellent from the start. Everything was explained in detail and in an informative and relaxing manner. Employees were friendly and accommodating, allow the process of purchasing a new vehicle a breeze. Employees helped tremendously with meeting my price requirements.

Stopped by to look at a used vehicle during my lunch...

Stopped by to look at a used vehicle during my lunch break on a Friday. Was approached by a sales consultant (Steven Culver) within 5 minutes of arriving on the lot. Steven was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle. Negotiated a price on the vehicle in a timely & professional manner; trade-in value given for my vehicle was extremely reasonable as well. Chris even went the extra mile to match the APR from a different lender. Matt went through the paperwork quickly but thoroughly, which was much appreciated. Steven even called back a couple of days later to make sure we were still pleased with the vehicle. I'd definitely consider buying from Hiley again in the future.

My wife and I were visiting in Huntsville and stopped by Hiley Mazda for a test drive. Mr. Riddle was very knowledgeable and friendly. If we decide on a Mazda, we will check with Hiley Mazda. The service was so great that we would drive up from FL

I have been dealing with Paul Sherrell for many years. I have purchased several vehicles from Paul. I have never had a bad experience with him. He is very professional and extremely pleasant to work with. He is always willing to go the extra mile and do whatever he can for his customer. Anyone looking for a new vehicle owes it to themself to locate Paul at Mazda. It will not matter if you are looking for a new or used vehicle Paul will treat you the same.

My daughter's engine blew so we had to purchase another...

My daughter's engine blew so we had to purchase another bug. Since my daughter attends college at UAH, this dealership is located within a few miles from campus. I searched their website for used vehicles, found three I was interested in and contacted the salesperson. Everything went great, got credit preapproved, met the next day, made a deal. EVERYONE we dealt with was friendly, polite, and seemed to be very knowledgable of the vehicles. The salesperson we dealt with explained in detail all 'bells and whistles' on the car to my daughter before she drove it off the lot. We will do business again with this dealership.

The service personel are polite and helpful. Work is explained carefully. I can get an appointment easily. The location is good for me. The overall dealership seems to be trying to provide good customer service and sales. Compared to the previous ownership this new group is much better.

Good experience overall. Would have liked a more prompt...

Good experience overall. Would have liked a more prompt call when my car was ready but it did need extensive work. Problem was diagnosed accurately and fixed thoroughly. We have two high-mileage Mazda's and Hiley has done great work with major repairs.

Blake and the rest of the dealership were very helpful in...

Blake and the rest of the dealership were very helpful in the car-buying process. They helped me to decide on and finance a car that was within my budget. They were very accommodating to my situation (needing a co-signer, etc.). They had the exact color combination I was looking for. Before I picked up the car, Blake put a lot of effort into making sure it was pristine. He also thoroughly explained the car's features to me and insisted I call him if I had any more questions. I bought a Mazda3 and I have absolutely loved driving it the past couple weeks. I feel very good about taking it back to the dealership for the first scheduled maintenance.

MATT AND BLAKE WERE OUTSTANDING IN HELPING ME FIND MY VEHICLE. I WAS ABLE TO GET 0% FINANCING FOR 5 YEARS AND I RECEIVED $2500 OFF. IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT HILEY, AND I WOULD BUY FROM THEM ANY DAY. THEY NOT ONLY HELPED ME WITH GETTING THE BEST CAR FOR MY DOLLAR, THEY ALSO TAUGHT ME HOW TO USE ALL OF THE WONDERFUL GADGETS MY VEHICLE HAD TO OFFER ME.
