Mercedes Benz of Waco has been servicing my GLC 300 for

Mercedes Benz of Waco has been servicing my GLC 300 for the past 4 years after I purchased it. Not one time have I been disappointed. My service advisor Sean is top notch, he gets the job done and is always on top of things. The facility is always nice and clean. They do an amazing job on servicing my vehicle. I will continue to come here, these guys are the absolute best!

The offer i received was an insult and I was told you

The offer i received was an insult and I was told you wouldn't buy the vehicle because an engine light came on and it must be fixed. I then talked to one of the service employees who was not the least bit helpful. I asked about when I could schedule an appointment to bring the vehicle in. He told me the service department was backed up and it would be at least 2 weeks. He would not schedule an appointment and told me to call back in a couple of weeks. I will never set foot in this dealership again.

I drove approximately three hours to Waco to pick up

I drove approximately three hours to Waco to pick up sight unseen a vehicle that I had viewed on Carfax. When I arrived the vehicle was parked at the front entrance. I was met by Roberto the salesman I had spoken to on the phone. The complete transaction from start to finish with Mercedes of Waco was pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend this company and its staff to anyone interested in buying a vehicle.

Initially bought a used 2023 GLE AMG, but it had a

Initially bought a used 2023 GLE AMG, but it had a perfume odor that was not acceptable to us or dealership. Purchased based on assurance that could be corrected. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts, and not a lack in trying, dealership could not remove the smell. They facilitated us trading for a new 2025 GLE 350 with a minimum amount of hassle. While two ends of performance spectrum (we were loaned a 350 while they worked multiple days on the AMG), we discovered for everyday needs the 350 would work well for our needs.
