I was called by the dealership and told I HAD to get my vehicle in for the 5,000 mile service. I told them it barely had 1,000 miles on it and the lady explained that oil needs to be changed every 5000 miles or 6 months because it breaks down. So I take it in and was told they don’t do oil changes but every 10,000 miles? So which is it all they did was check the fluids and send me on my way? Still no second key fob advisor said computers were down and would call as soon as they came back online, that was two days ago……..

I’m neutral about recommending. I bought tires and had my oil changed and it took 5 hours because the work are is so hit the workers need more breaks. I was disappointed after being told to be sure the alignment was included in any pricing g I got elsewhere that when I was given the price for the tires that additional cost was ne er mentioned till time to pay. I’ve had better days there.
