I went in for an oil change and emissions test.

I went in for an oil change and emissions test. They didn't top off my fluids, which I thought was standard for all oil changes. I decided to have them replace my windshield wipers, thinking it'd be a small expense, but they charged me a $65 service fee for the 5 minute task. They didn't disclose the service fee, but shame on me for not clarifying ALL expenses before having them work on my vehicle. In total, an oil change, front end alignment, and windshield wipers cost an absurd $331... $193 in labor for the 90 minutes that I was there.

New Colorado

Wednesday July 26th, my wife and I went to Jupiter Chevrolet to a scheduled appointment with Adrianna. After waiting for her several minutes she got the key for us. I really liked the color and it had all the options I could want. But I took it to the sales director. He started trashing the classic Vette, saying it had wrecked and it wasn't done well. He gave an estimate of $6000. There was now way I was going to give my car away and left. I sent her an offer of 6000 for my car but $37k for the Colorado. 8 am on Thursday she said she'd get with her manager and let me know. Not hearing from her I text her. No response. Another hour later, now 3:30 I called and talked to a man who identified himself as the general sales manager. After hearing my complaint he assured that her sales manager would call me soon. As of this writing I have still not heard from him but I did hear from Adrianna. She promised to call me. About ten minutes later, she called saying. She had customers As though I wasnt. I told her that I sold my Vette for twice what that snake offered! I was now going to to pay $25k down but expect a slight discount. She refused and we hung up. I then went to El Dorado and bought a Colorado. They opened the door pointed the salesman out to us. Offered water or coke. Displayed the car, worked out a deal. The truck is in transit so I will pick it up when it arrives. But El Dorado made us feel like we were their only customer. I'll never again trust Jupiter Chevrolet and this will be a typical recommendation.

What a joke

Had an appointment a 7pm today. Drove an hour to get there They are supposedly having huge inventory reduction sale on used vehicles. Was told they had several trucks and they work with bad credit. Only thing they had was used $30000 Colorado. One other customer there the place looked like a ghosttown. What a bunch of liars. Didnt even try

Ron is the man to go to.

Jason Ascroft, Harold and the staff

I purchased my 2004 Avalanche Z71, 4WD in Dec. 2003. Jupiter has been servicing my vehicle for the entire life I have owned this vehicle. They have kept it in great running shape. The best4service guys in town. I always receive great service.
