This is at least the 6th car I have purchased from this dealership. Have always gone to same salesperson. Test drove the car I wanted, found one in another color on the lot which was less expensive and purchased the vehicle. Had an overall pleasant experience.

Warning warning Alert ⚠️ Experienced the worst
Warning warning Alert ⚠️ Experienced the worst customer service ever.. Paid for 2 diagnostic 179.00 each . The adittude started when i mentioned i will install my battery as well i had warranty on my tire After waiting almost 3 weeks i went to the place and found out the parts for my maine problem been there already 2 days .When we finally were able to get a appointment that day my car was there all day i was informed that there send the wrong parts. Again i waited a little over 2 weeks Again i went up to the dealer to find out the part arrived one day ago. I was so mad that i decided to cancel my business with them . I paid at that time1515.30. .These people decided to charge me 75.00 twice one for each part returning fee .by the time i gat my money back it was 996.40. On the top of all that one diagnose was wrong .i was only a shortage. I gat ripped of 519.00 dollar by these people. This is a paycheck for me . Shame on them . The worst ever in my life. Watch your hard earned money people. If you decide to get work done che k out other places. I believe that expressing myself to get battery and tire cheaper somewhere else wasn't what these robbers didn't want to hear. And yes the battery was 100.00 cheaper installiit my self . I am a Ford family membera, and this experience has been exhausting. I have not had my 2023 Bronco for a year, and Ive had ongoing challenges with repairs which have been due to the fault of the dealership, and after eight months of attempting resolve the repair was unsatisfactory. Sales manager Mark Anthony, who assisted with this wad condescending and lacked integrity. I reported to Ford customer service, and reached out to the dealership to speak with general manager and as of today no response.

Buddy Johnson was great to work with , not the first car
Buddy Johnson was great to work with , not the first car I have bought from him . Buddy is a good man ! the cleaning and detailing of the car is 50 / 50 the inside of the car was done well , all good . the outside of the car NOT so good the 4 rims were NOT cleaned , NOT even touched the 4 tires were NOT shined ( black sidewalls ) and ALL of the black trim on the outside was NOT shined a child could have done a better job or maybe the person that did the outside work needs glasses if you paid him for cleaning this car , ask for your money back fyi : they had the car for 5 hours , my time is just as valuable as yours came home and cleaned the outside of the car myself ! fyi ; the car was not home delivered , I drove it home
