Recent Bronco Purchase

After waiting almost 1.5 years from the initial order, we finally received our Bronco. I do wish the communication during this extended time was better, as we never really knew when the vehicle would arrive. I'm not sure where the communication breakdown occurred, either with Ford or the dealership, but it was disappointing. And ultimately Ford was responsible for the delay, not the dealership, so I do not think it is fair to put much blame on the dealership. But once the vehicle arrived, the service was fantastic. Our sales representative Ian was incredibly generous with his time, staying late with us on Friday night so we have our very highly anticipated Bronco for the weekend. He was fast and efficient and did not pressure us in any way, other that for us to get driving as quickly as possible. I would recommend Ian to anyone - he was exceptional. Ian - these 5 stars are for you!

After waiting almost 1.5 years from the initial order, we finally received our Bronco. This is our third time working with Randall Reeds planet

This is our third time working with Randall Reeds planet Ford 635 and each time has been better than the previous. Terrance was great with knowledge of the vehicle. We were in and out with keys within a couple of hours.

Purchase of 2022 F150 Lariat

I have nothing but good things to say about the team at Randall Reed?s Planet Ford 635, everything relating to the ordering process and purchase of my F150 went as I expected. The staff and management team are respectful and attentive to the needs of the customer. However, I am very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail Ford production paid during the final assembly of truck I ordered. So far in the 2 weeks I have owned my new special order truck I found the following items production quality escapes: ? Trim all over the interior loose because it is not properly installed, I have properly attached the trim I have found loose. ? Scuff mark in the finish of the passenger door ? Scratches under the left side mirror ? Scratches under the left front head light ? Area on the front bumper at right fog light was missed during the chroming process. ? The paint on the roof has bubbles, grit and what looks like acid rain stains ? The center console has debris from the plastic injection mold, I have trimmed off the plastic debris. ? Throughout the engine compartment I found and removed a large amount the scrap masking tape pieces, which was used to hold the electrical harnesses out of the way during production. None of the items listed above are a reflection Randell Read Planet Ford 635, but a reflection on the lack of attention to detail and quality of workmanship coming out of Ford?s Kanas City plant, Randell Read Planet Ford 635 is equally concerned and has promised to do whatever it takes to correct any issues I have with my new F150.

Oil Change

It was just a brief visit for an oil change but I was very pleased with how I was treated and my overall experience.

problem was not fixed.

My temperature sensor was at times dropping to -40 and never seemed to reflect the true outside temperature. They had my car most of a week and replaced the ambient sensor. When I picked up the car, the outside temperature was 102. The car never showed above 100 and by the time I got home, it showed 86. I am through with automatic temperature controls and have gone to manual and it is fine.

Best salesperson and dealership EVER!

This is the 5th vehicle I've purchased from Greg Lusk. Every one of them has been a wonderful experience. Also, to date, their service has been exemplery.
