Barry was very courteous and professional. He responded favorably to my needs to complete the transaction quickly. Huffines only had possession of the vehicle for a couple of days but they managed to get it detailed, new brakes, a full tank of gas, etc. in the time promised. My daughter has a new(er) car to drive!

I had a great experience working with Larry (TJ) Layman. I did everything online and he took care of all the leg work ,therefore everything went very fast at the dealer location. I love it, but that is not all !Beside of being patient with me, it took me 2 weeks to get the price I wanted, he helped to get me an incredible APR for my car! Excellent customer service! I want to mention the Financing department, Raquel Mitchell. Incredible person to work. No presurre in signing any papers. I loved the explanation on the GAP insurance... I bought it right away ! One more thing: this was my second purchase at this dealer: in 1997 I purchased my very first track from here... In the end: Great employees, great car dealership !

Jerry, as always, has shown to be an incredibly knowledgeable service agent whose primary focus is customer satisfaction. I am very happy with Huffines jeep and feel that at any time I can both entrust my jeep to get the right resolution and also know it will be done right! Count me in as an advocate for your service department and tell Jerry that he is a great example of what customer service should be like!

This is a follow up of my post this morning September 7th. I spoke to Chris Kite 3 times this morning, during our conversation he referred to me as bud, at first he said the part would not be in until the 9th. I explained that may vacation starts the 10th and I was going out of town. He managed to come up with part (amazing) and assured me my Jeep would be reedy after 3pm. Later this morning I spoke to his manager Scott Spindle who blamed the delay on availability of parts indicating it was not their fault and assured me my Jeep would be ready @ 5pm. In addition Scott Spindle tried to get me to modify my negative post. Not only has the service been unacceptable I feel disrespected.

Huffiness in Lewisville Is Great to do business with. Great inventory good people. Doyle Mcgahan was very helpful we have bought several cars from him, Never disappointed. He goes above and beyond to get you the best ride at the best deal.

Was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Zack Victory was my sales person and gave me his time from the start. He listened to what I was wanting and guided me in the right direction without being overbearing. I ordered a truck that he did not have in stock. Zack kept me updated regarding the status of the truck. Even though, as an impatient buyer, I wanted the truck sooner. Zack literally drove my truck 3.5 hours to personally deliver it to me the day it arrived. Zack showed extreme patients, problem solving, and a sense of humor to make my purchase an awesome surprise. I received a follow up call from the manager, Steve Ellison, the following day who was also a very sincere and likeable gentleman. I will be purchasing another new vehicle from them soon. Well done Huffines!!! You all should be proud of your facility.

This was my best ever experience buying a vehicle. I live in Oklahoma and I found the truck I wanted at Huffines online. Kent was great online setting me up to come see the truck. When I got there, Joe treated me like family. He was attentive and made sure I had all the info. The dealership was gracious with a loaner truck until mine was ready. The whole buying experience was outstanding. The team at Huffines is first rate. I will buy another vehicle from them in the future.

Kent McKee is The Man! He was friendly and professional right out of the box, and is someone I am proud to call a 'good friend.' Having issues with the local Ram dealership in San Angelo, I reached out to Huffines when I found my 2021 Ram Longhorn Limited 4x4 online and spoke with Kent. During the prep-work to set-up my local financing and discuss my trade-in, Kent was extremely helpful and expertly coordinated all of the things needed prior to my driving almost 280 miles (one way) to make this all happen. He gave me advice and directions on how to get to the dealership in the quickest, most efficient manner, checked on me periodically along the way, and even provided alternate directions prior to becoming stuck in hours' worth of traffic due to a major accident on my originally intended route. The process at the dealership was as painless as could be, thanks to Raquel & Bill having all of the paperwork ready to go, and I was back on my way to San Angelo within an hour, armed with some more excellent driving directions as Kent knew I was unfamiliar with the DFW Metroplex. I've never had a more painless and enjoyable experience purchasing a new vehicle (all of the driving aside) and appreciate everything Kent did for me immensely.
