I made my first purchase of any vehicle by ordering from the factory. My RAM just arrived last Friday. I checked several dealers, with none having exactly what I wanted, and went with Huffines in Lewisville. De'Arien Spencer was fantastic helping through the whole process. His communication was great and even though the wait from the factory was longer this year, he never stopped keeping me up to date. De'Arien got everyone involved to help with each aspect of the purchase. The dealership is great with all the helpful employees. I was recommended to them by a friend who bought a RAM from them also. I will be recommending them to all my friends.

Terry Layman has helped us purchase at least 5 vehicles over 25 years! He makes it so simple, does not play games and everything goes so easy - we have purchased cars from him when we lived in NC and Ohio! it is worth paying shipping to get the best deal, professionalism and straight talk around! Do yourself a favor, call Huffines and ask for Terry Layman! He was so easy to work with. He communicates well, doesn’t pressure you into anything, and is an all around nice and relatable person. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I had a 6 hour drive back home, and Terry sent me off with a full tank of gas. Now, that’s customer service! I’ve never had an easier car buying experience. He’s the best!
