I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received during and following the purchase of our certified pre-owned vehicle. Mr. Millsap, Mr. Smithy, Mr. Steele and Mr. Brand all made my buying experience one of the best I have had. Even though I came from out of town (~3 hours away), I would recommend Huffines to others and will definitely consider buying other vehicles from them.

I only worked with them briefly looking to purchase a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. They helped me to their best ability and were a great team with a lot of experience and knowledge on what they do. I still check their inventory from time to time. If they happen to have what I’m looking for before I find another I will definitely give them my business.

We bought a 2020 Rubicon they said they could do the towing package on the Jeep to be towed by our rv. After 6 visits to Lewisville it was finally fixed. They offered us a $400 check for our inconvenience. Still waiting even after the salesman called us a month ago. Would never buy or go to there for service again

I can’t say enough great things about this dealership, and I have even more wonderful things to say about my salesman, Terry Layman. I bought a Chrysler Pacifica from Huffines at the end of April 2020, and the entire process was so easy! I had been searching for this type of vehicle for about a week, I found the one I wanted at Huffines, and Terry was in contact with me within minutes. He really was such a pleasure to work with. We did everything over the phone (I live about 4 hours away from the dealership) and he had EVERYTHING ready for me when I got there a few days later. Not only did Terry go out of his way to make sure my experience was great when purchasing, but when I needed a new battery for the van about 3 months later, he made sure to take care of me AGAIN, and offered to have the dealership pay for the battery. How many dealerships continue to take care of their customers AFTER they make a purchase? Not ones I’ve purchased from in the past. It’s not buy and then be done with you at Huffines, they truly care about their customers and I’ve never been treated so well when buying a vehicle. Never! I will forever recommend this dealership, they are the BEST!

After two months of research, I finally bought a new Ram truck from Huffines Dodge in Lewisville. (I communicated with roughly four other dealers). I would recommend Huffines to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. The staff is friendly, helpful and honest. Surya answered my texts late in the night and went out of his way to assist me with questions about pricing and Ram features. Huffines did not pull the 'add-on' sales gimmicks to increase the price of the vehicle. For that, the professional service, the easy to work with finance dept (Raquel) and the great price, Huffines has and will continue to earned my business. Omgosh have I found the right salesman! I walked in to the new Ram building looking to trade in my 2019 Ram 1500 about 2 months ago. Gave my name and number to a sales guy and had to run to an appointment and asked him to get in touch with me. I never heard from the guy. I came back last weekend and tried again. Got a sales gal this time. She was pleasant but told me that they couldn't help me with my situation. Sad and disappointed I asked her if she could show us anything on the pre-owned lot and she said no. So after a few hours having been at the new lot and just minutes before closing we popped over to the used lot. Fingers crossed someone would still be there and willing to show us around. Lucky me! Terry was there and not only willing but but enthused to help us. Terry showed me my dream truck. A big beefy badass Classic Ram. The only problem was that it was missing the key feature I was looking for. Leather seats. But that didn't matter. Terry had that problem solve before it began and had already figured in custom leather. Deal! Oh and then bonus, Terry is having my wheels powder coated to match. He gave me the keys for the night (it was passed closing time) and I came back in the morning and bought the truck. Had a couplespeedbumps with the paperwork but Terry handled it and made the process so easy and stress free. Not to mention how he treated me as a woman. I've bought enough vehicles to know that is still a 50/50 concern that you're gonna get a salesman that tries to show you the "vanity mirror". Terry spoke to me directly, even though I had my boyfriend there, you know just in case as backup. Hands down I will be seeing Terry for every car purchase from here on out. I have been driving a 2003 Silverado SS for a while. I felt it was the right time to award myself with a new Truck. I currently reside in Abilene, TX and could not find the deal I was looking for on a new truck. I decided to broaden my search range to a 300 mile radius because this is TEXAS and if you need to find a deal on your vehicle, you have to be willing to drive. After contacting what felt like 30 dealerships with no luck, Mr Terry Layman contacted me with the deal I have been in search for. I told him what I wanted to trade and he was extremely quick to answer back. Terry even pulled the Truck I wanted off the market days before I made the 200 mile journey through America’s Greatest State to the gold standard of New and Used cars and TRUCKS, Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge and RAM’s of Lewisville TEXAS. After arriving at the pearly mega gates of used vehicles, I was greeted by Mr. Terry Layman. Now usually when I step foot in a used vehicle dealership, I feel like I am stepping into the Thunderdome of Doom. But not here, Mr Terry Layman not only put my mind at ease with his honesty and straightforwardness, he was also a awesome guy to negotiate business with. After a very short time signing a few documents, Terry hit me with a surprise. He had the guys tint my front windows for FREE!!!! After revealing this awesome surprise, Terry led me to the finance dept where I met Mr Bill Matson who was also awesome to do business with. Them two are like the Troy Aikman, Michael Irvin combo of Trucks sales. After a very short transaction and signing a few documents with Bill, I leave his office and Terry gots my new 2020 Ram 1500 Crew Cab 4X4 waiting for me right outside the door. Terry then filled her up with gas and went over all the options the truck had to offer with me. I then drive my new chariot back another 200 miles home with the biggest smile on my face.
