Huffines CDJR of Lewisville

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!..... I initially took my car in for a basic oil change and to have my fender liner replaced. When my vehicle was scheduled to be picked up, I was contacted by my service advisor MICHAEL PEREZ and told that my car was OVERHEATING after the fender liner replacement, and they replaced my steering gear to eliminate the issue. Michael also told me that my car was now making a crunching noise and that it was normal. I immediately went to the dealership to listen to the noise that he was describing as normal that WAS NEVER PRESENT BEFORE.. I did not take my car home that day and told him that I would make contact with Dodge customer service to determine what resolution would be taken. After contacting Dodge customer service I was assigned to a case manager who advised me to pick up my car and take it to another dealership. When I went in pick my car up Michael was not there and I asked for a Service manager. I then had a conversation with PHILIP MCCLEAN who told me the same thing Michael did and that the noise I was now having as a result of them working on my car was normal. The next day I took my car to a second dealership, and they advised me that my fender liner was NEVER REPLACED!! I was even told that a NEW RACK isn't typically installed on a car that has 14k miles. At this point, I was furious and called in to Dodge requesting assistance from my case manager. Unfortunately, my case manager was not available and I left a message for a callback. Monday 11/9 came, and I called back and left yet another message for my case manager. I also called the first dealership and asked for a manager and spoke with SCOTT SPINDLE who advised me that it was his first day back and he read briefly over my case and that I could bring my car in to look at it, but the noise has been determined to be normal. I brought it to his attention that there has been an UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR ON MY CAR and It is very hard for me to digest. I am unwilling to take my car back to this shady dealership as they may do more damage to my car. Today is Wednesday, my car is still making a noise, and I am getting the runaround from everyone..... This is unfair to me and very disappointing. This is my first DODGE AND WILL DEFINITELY BE MY LAST. I don't understand how UNAUTHORIZED WARRANTY work can be supported by Dodge, and this dealership take advantage of consumers. It has been determined that there has been an UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR on my car and someone needs to be held responsible

I had a great car buying experience at Huffines Chrysler Jeep. I was in contact with Alex, via text, for a couple of weeks prior to purchasing my new Grand Cherokee. Alex was very instrumental in finding me a vehicle with all of the trinkets that I wanted. He was not pushy or overbearing, which was a HUGE Plus. Patrick took the lead on Saturday, with my purchase. He has a lot of experience he was a pleasure to work with. Patrick and Alex made a great team. Patrick kindly assisted me with a step by step tutorial of the inter-workings of the car, which was extremely helpful. If you're in the market for a Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge, I highly recommend this dealership. They are pretty awesome!

Our Salesperson was James, he was an amazing salesman and I would recommend him if you are looking for a new vehicle, we had a great experience with him. We had already found the Jeep Grand Cherokee we wanted online and went in with the vin number and lot position, within minutes James had our Jeep outside ready and waiting for us to go over, when it came to the test drive James insisted that we set the car up as if it was already our own "seat position, radio station, a/c etc." gave us a great rout to drive so we got to see how it handled on the highway, urban and city road so we got the full experience. I will recommend Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Lewisville to others and will defiantly be paying them a visit when we want to get another vehicle.

*LONG POST AHEAD*Did business with Lauryn Neale and I am glad I did. She responded to me fast via email over some questions I had over a car I found in Car-gurus. Initially, I was interested in purchasing a Jeep Cherokee; she broke down how my monthly payments would look like, explained to me how Jeeps 0%APR for 72 Months worked (no discounts would be able to apply to the car if I had chosen this route. I had scheduled an appointment to see a Jeep Cherokee Latitude (White) on a Friday for 5:30 pm (I called at 3:06 pm). She called me 30 minutes later, informing me that the vehicle I wanted to test drive was being loaned out today. I was bummed but grateful that she told me about this before I even made the drive out there. She informed me that they had a Jeep Cherokee (base model) available for me to drive, and I said that is fine I will do that. There were bumps on the road since she ended up telling me that the White Jeep Cherokee was actually in an accident before, so Huffines did not want to sell it to the public (something along the lines of that) but that they can get me a similar car/color/specs from their Plano location. Out of my curiosity, I wanted to test drive a Grand Cherokee, and I loved it. Another bump on the road happened that a used Grand Cherokee was being loaned out, so I was unable to test drive that one. I ended up test driving a new one (not much of a price difference tbh). She broke down the pricing for me again how much I would pay monthly with a decent APR % (she never pulled my credit score to give me an estimated number- in which I am THANKFUL). I didn't return until the next day on Saturday (7 pm) to close the deal after I got my trade-in calculated and left around 9 pm after financing the vehicle with Bill Brand (also a lovely person!). ALSO, thank you, Lauryn, for NOT being pushy and being nice!
