Oil Change, tire rotation, and rear light assembly

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and question about rear driver side light assembly condensation. Everything was done in a very timely manner, question and direction forward was discussed and agreed to by myself and the service department. I will continue to take my Canyon there for questions and repairs, as well as maintenance. I worked with Lyle, I have worked him before and will continue to do so.

Service Survey

This place is down right excellent, from the sales department too service. Dan and Matt have really turned the service department around and make it enjoyable to come too. Justin my service advisor took excellent care of me and will continue to always come back and let him take care of my vehicle. This is one great business.

Bought an used 2016 Silverado LTZ-71 off road

I purchased an used 2016 Silverado LTZ-71 off road from Jerry. At first I came in to "look" at the truck not to purchase. But Jerry convinced me to test drive it. Somehow I found myself at their finance dept. signing my rights always. Of course the truck was a great deal for being one year old and it had everything I wanted. Just like any used vehicle few things were missing or software out dated. So far service dept. replaced and update program to the radio to my liken. Anthony from tech dept., Matt from service dept., and the service dept. team were all excellent taking care my truck needs. By the way, I can't forget the finance dept.guy who found a great interest rate for me. He severed for us in the military but forgive me for not remembering his name. The only thing I missing right now is the manual book to my truck...great features to have on the truck but I need know to work them. The manual is on order....

Stay Away

Ran my credit, picked out the vehicle and they gave me specific terms. How many months I could finance and payment. Go into Finance to sign papers and they said they were waiting for final terms from the bank but it wouldn't be a problem. We signed papers without a bank name on it for the same specific months and payment agreement above. The finance guy says it's 99.9% done. Just have to finish conversation with bank on Monday morning. They said they would call me Monday morning at 9:30am to say we're good. No call, I finally get a call at 4:30pm in afternoon saying they couldn't get it done with the terms I signed Saturday night. So now the manager who worked the deal and the finance manager that had my credit, age of vehicle and mileage couldn't get the deal done with the terms we agreed to and signed on Saturday night. How is that possible? With all that info and them being managers they should know exactly how many months I could finance for. So I returned the vehicle the next day because I wouldn't cave in to their new terms. I still have no idea how you couldn't know when every factor is in front of you that you use to work every car deal. Not possible. As I said earlier, STAY AWAY...
