Deceptive.

Deceptive. Terrible. I will never attempt to do business with Bob Tomes ford again. I communicated with salesman about buying a vehicle and made an appointment. I was told the vehicle would be ready for me when I arrived. They supposedly had three of that trim I wanted to choose from. We drove two hours to make the appointment and when we arrived the vehicles were non existent. They of-course they tried to sell us other vehicles for several thousand dollars more than the ones we had agreed on. Wasted a whole day on these people.

We had a Friends and Family code and as such looked at an

We had a Friends and Family code and as such looked at an Explorer or Escape. We wanted the Escape but it had over $4,000.00 “added value” costs. I didn’t want those but they said they were already on the car. I said that was a deal breaker and the sales manager Susie he was able to give some a local discount of $2,000.00. It was somewhat insulting and I felt deceptive. My wife liked the car so we got it. I later saw on the MSRO sticker those were negotiable. I am disappointed in the way they did things. I later went back and they did refund the prepaid service plan. They didn’t go over the car with us and when I went back asking about the lug nut wrench the salesman (Levi) and service didn’t know where it was. I found out where it was on You Tube. We still don’t have a second FOB. Travis called us in xxU but other than that it seems like once we drive off the lot then interest was gone. Just disappointed in the overall experience.
