Friendly with slow response
I really like the friendliness of my technician Alex. I would have hoped for a more timely response in his communication with me. They also had my vehicle for one week. I was told that Hyundai is very strict and does not allow them to offer a loaner vehicle. Unfortunately my technician did not offer a rental. I had to ask about this after four days without a vehicle and they could not offer me a rental on a Saturday. I wish they could have at least given me a complimentary car wash for the price I paid for my repairs and the seven days they had my vehicle

Much better experience buying used vehicle
I bought a used Hyundai from a non Hyundai dealer and lots of problems with it, but Napleton has been excellent in their service department. Today, I went to have the car appraised just to see where it stood. Joe Williams not only got me top dollar for my trade in, but worked out a deal for me that convinced me to buy a new used vehicle from them. He listened to all my concerns, and was honest, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend him if you want to buy a car from Napleton Valley Hyundai. All the staff I interacted with were kind, helpful, and listened
