Bryan was the consummate professional. He was perfect. I had a couple challenges and he handled it like a pro. There were a lot of cars brought in and on limited staff Bryan made me feel like I was the only one there. Well done!

This review is for the Service Department. We had an excellent experience with Sales. Service, however, has been a nightmare. Our Hummer EV SUV needed service for several issues. Worked with Edward "Eddie" Jimenez and had a ZERO star experience. - Poor customer service - does not address customer concerns and blames customer for his mistakes. This is not unique to Eddie, unfortunately, and this has been the experience for the past 4 times we have brought the vehicle to this center. - Repeated fails to complete requested and agreed upon repairs - Blames the customer for his mistakes and incompetence - If you are a woman - you will be treated as if you are incapable and dumb. My husband wrote down each issue and this list was shared with Eddie Jimenez who confirmed that the 3 issues would be addressed. - Eddie made it a point to tell my husband not to send his wife next time if he wanted the job done correctly. - I have never had issues when taking our other vehicles to Honda, Toyota or Subaru. This has been a RECURRENT issue with GMC Capital Service Center - Management does not address customer concerns - STRONGLY recommend avoiding this place and taking your service elsewhere - Writing this review in order to save others the time and frustration that both my husband and I have experienced with this center.
