I felt at home, everyone was friendly and professional, and if I had the money, I would buy a second car from you right away 🙂

Worked with Chris, he was great. Very positive interaction and good communication. Tyler the deal guy went in on a single windshield chip, that had been repaired, on my trade. Turned around and sold me a car with a windshield that has about 15 chips in it. It's really too many to count. These were hard to notice since the windshield was dirty. I understand the motivation but feel a little taken. I think the deal should have reflected this damage, probably worth $750.

The dealership is very well organized. I take my vehicle there all the time for service. The service representative that took care of me was very professional and got me in and out of there very quickly.

Their Service charges are too expensive. Customer service is friendly and wait room is great. I recommend for lower prices

The scheduling process was easy. Unfortunately, what happened after dropping my vehicle off for a warranty concern was not. My appointment was for 8am on a Friday. My vehicle was not looked at until close to 3pm. My issue was confirmed that day, but it needed further inspection to determine the cause. A rental car was offered upon my request, however transitioning from a full size SUV to a compact crossover with three teenagers to haul around was not easy. The issue was diagnosed and parts were ordered the following Monday. Parts arrived on Thursday morning. Still driving the compact crossover… I was headed out of town for spring break the following week, so I once again requested a larger, equivalent size vehicle to transport my family. I was told it would be approved, but it was not. It also had to be a GM vehicle per the dealer, and by the time a larger vehicle got approved there were none. I ended up returning the rental as it would not accommodate my family and there was no sense in having it just sit while I was out of town, saving the dealer a weeks worth of additional rental fees. My vehicle was supposed to be done the following Tuesday (a week and a half after dropping it off). As of Wednesday the repair work had not started because the technician kept getting “prioritized on other work.” I questioned how my vehicle, which was now approaching 2 weeks since drop off, and a week since parts arrived was not the priority. It finally got prioritized and the work was completed. Upon pickup two full weeks after my original appointment, there was no acknowledgement of any of the issues. No “thanks” for saving us the rental fees. No “we gave you a complimentary car wash” with the on-site car wash. No “how can we make up for the inconvenience?” The only thing I got was a “remember, I’m compensated based on how you answer the survey and I’d really appreciate 5 stars!” I will acknowledge efforts were made to try and secure a larger rental, and the warranty issue was out of their control, but after purchasing two vehicles from this dealer in the last year, I expected to be treated a bit more like a valued customer than this experience showed.
