Poor communication from service department. Brought my car in on a Friday for service. Received no communication on status all day. Had to call them to find out they couldn’t get to my car that they and had to keep it over the weekend, which was not communicated as a possibility to me when I dropped off. Left car there over the weekend. Did not get an update on Monday. Had to call again to get an update. Found out there was nothing wrong with my car they could find. Still got charge for the inspection.

Chris Gomez was very kind, helpful, patient and friendly. He would answer any questions we had, did not rush us through any process and always had a very easy-going manner about himself which is always a plus when buying a car! He has answered any questions I have had post purchasing so I feel like he will always be available for any future questions/concerns. Thanks so much! I love my car.

Service is always great. They do what they say they will and then some. I will always to continue to go to them. Even thought they are 45 minutes from my house.
