Leanna was an amazing sales rep to work with. Was not pushy and listened to all of our concerns and was able to work with us in most of our needs of what she was able to do. If it wasn’t for her and her professionalism, we probably would have not come back. Thank you Leanna.

On the day of my service, there were only cars ahead of me in line. Unfortunately, there was only one service advisor working that day and it took almost 30 minutes before I was helped. The actual service was relatively fast and no complaints from my service advisor. The wait time is a far cry from Capitol Toyota where my other vehicles are regularly serviced. This is my first service at this location since purchasing my vehicle there. I hope the wait time improves.

Would recommend only if you have an extended warranty or service contract. I will not bring my "out of warranty" GMC car/truck here because they charge too much for parts. I can order the exact same AC Delco parts on line for about 1/2 of what Capitol GMC charges me.
