I bought a great car, Brian was good, manager Jeff was...

I bought a great car, Brian was good, manager Jeff was lovely. After the fact, found they hit my credit 8 times to find me a horrible interest rate with a score of over 815. I complained to them, manager Daryl hung up the phone on me and manager of finance assured me it would not show up on credit. It did. My score dropped 43 points and I am now a fair risk. Beware!

We came into the dealership looking for a SUV with 3rd row seating. Hector was quick to help us find what we needed and answered our questions and gave us plentiful information about the Sequioa. We appreciate his help and willingness to work toward an agreeable price for the vehicle. We are now excited owners of a Toyota Sequioa.
