David Walc

Was greeted by a team member who was very patient with me. I did not have an appointment and they were still helpful. David Walc came and checked on me and my vehicle and had everything set up for me. The service did not take long and they served free donuts.

Seamless and perfect

Our experience with Toyota of Richardson was seamless and perfect. No haggle, no time wasted and no pressure. Couldn't ask for a more pleasurable car buying experience. We will definitely return when it's time to replace our Tundra and we will highly recommend your dealership to our friends and family.

Purchase of 2017, 2016 Toyota RAV4 SUVs

We had a great experience at Toyota of Richardson buying 2 vehicles for my wife and daughter; great customer service, professionalism, communication and attention to detail. Tracy Brown was a pleasure to work with, and he went out of his way to make us happy with the purchase by ensuring that all of the issues we identified were fixed on both vehicles before we drove off the lot. He was very upfront about the entire process, and he did what he said he was going to do. Of note, he showed a great deal of patience and understanding when my daughter, who only has her permit, was driving the car. We were very impressed, and his calming presence made her very comfortable behind the wheel. Leon Tang in finance and Aaron Grimshaw showed the same level of professionalism and customer service, and we enjoyed working with them. They were both very patient throughout the process, and they followed up on things to ensure the sales process went smooth. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. Great job.

NEVER BUY ANY CAR HERE!

I bought a new Toyota Camry from these cheats and traded in my old car. The refund on the warranty from my old car was told would be refunded back to me via a cheque sent out to my personal address. However, later I realized that its a ploy and the refund was already factored in when they offer the price on the car. I believe this is a misrepresentation of the facts. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! Mr Syed Ali from finance is another smooth talker and made me add unwanted warranties. When I asked for the refund cheque, he started giving vague answers and finally i had to check with MPP Warranty company to know that the refund was used as a downpayment on the new car and now nobody is picking up the calls! I have sent an email to Mr Jonathan Glasscock and he is yet to respond! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!

Satisfied

There was a tire sensor issue. Lee explained the issue clearly and succinctly. I am very happy with the workmanship but not necessarily the price. I would return in the future if another issue arises.

Worst experience and total waste of time

This place wasted our time. There is lack of sense of respect and value for customer's time. They have very poor communication and they think they are doing you a favor with that. I called to make an appointment to see a 4 runner with a guy named Yani, I drive 30 mins to the dealer and they can't find the car. They have stories about service guy taking the car home, which is apparently normal sometimes. This is despite someone calling me to confirm the appointment. Next morning they call me, and I talk to several other "managers" and they have totally different story. Finally spoke with a manager, Jeff and I head back to the dealer, there me and my wife are kept waiting for hours all while they decide to go take a joy ride on the car and still decide how much they want to sell it for. Apparently the car was sent to auction, more stories... They say they need to fix the 4wd system because it's broken but they want to add that cost to the originally advertised price. Absolute worst experience, will never shop with these crooks again.

My first trip to your service center

The service was shorter than I had expected, was prepared to wait a while. The folk I encountered were good, everyone greeted me/us, noticed others. So was a pleasant trip.

Doug you’re FRESH!

Doug greeted me in service with professionalism and kindness. He was patient and explained all necessary repairs and understood when I need to reschedule others. He was able to get me in and out of service in a timely fashion even on a holiday. Best Toyota service in the metroplex!

No Pressure Professionals
