Super quick and super helpful
I went in for a state inspection. It was my first time and I came in pretty confused, but Douglas Moran was really friendly and made the whole process comfortable and easy. It also took less than 15 minutes, and I was on my way!

Great prompt service
Service was prompt and all work performed as requested with no problems or issues. Wish that service personnel return driver seat to position owner left it. Same issue with backup mirror.

Amazing service
David Walc is an excellent service advisor. I know I can trust him with my car. He's worth driving 40 minutes to Toyota of Richardson, instead of going to Toyota Plano, which is less than 5 miles away from me. I only trust David W because he won’t try and sell me unnecessary service.

Dishonest Management - Beware
BEWARE To everyone reading - I will no longer recommend Toyota of Richardson to any of my peers, colleagues, or anyone looking for a new car. After management offered a FINAL price on one of their trucks, I took time off from work to go purchase the truck the next morning. And in route to the dealership of completing the deal, I am told from Bayron Posas (Sales Manager) that the Final Sales price was $1,000 too low, and they would no longer honor my deal at all, even had I arrived. No apologies were offered. If management did not like the offer they presented, then why as a customer am I being promised a price that cannot be fulfilled? Management is incredibly dishonest, no integrity, and did not care. Not to mention the amount of time wasted going to the dealership, negotiating, and taking the time off from work going back to the dealership to a complete a "deal" that was never going to be fulfilled. I will not consider purchasing any future car from Toyota of Richardson.

Tire Replacement
Overall it was a great experience. I went early to get my tire replaced and they attended me quickly. They also offered me some donuts and also patiently waited for my car to be done. Overall the environment is friendly and is also very clean. I highly recommend it for anyone that has a Toyota vehicle! Thank you!
