I super appreciate everything from the sales department

I super appreciate everything from the sales department to finance department. I was shopping for 1 week already and within 2 days Aedan and the team was able to get the terms we were comfortable with. To top it off the vehicle was delivered to me. Super thankful for everyone in Trophy Nissan!

From the first phone call to Trophy Nissan to walking out

From the first phone call to Trophy Nissan to walking out the door with a new Rogue - it was truly an exceptional experience. Andrew Maritim took fantastic care of all of my needs. He answered all of my questions and was always upfront and clear about pricing. The price over the phone was the same price when I arrived at the store. Bailey was very helpful and insightful with good customer advice and went the extra mile to accolade my needs. Jennifer C. - takes care of her customers! Hands on experience and fair with pricing. Even the finance manager - Cesar was kind and gave good tips and never pressured me about adding ancillary products. Just a great experience overall and would definitely recommend. Oh, and I got a great deal on my new car!

This dealer ship has helped me buy another car , I bought a car for my daughter when she was in high school and the experience was great , I bought me a 2014 Nissan truck and the experience was also great , then I just bought me a Sentra and this sales person topped them all , he answered all my questions and found the right car for me , with the right price , his name is Ray M , before my truck I had bought a used truck there but traded it for a new one which I still have and drive , runs great and full body great condition and inside , great people at Trophy Nissan in Mesquite Texas , go visit them and get a great deal and great vehicle..

In the event that the need to purchase another vehicle

In the event that the need to purchase another vehicle comes my way, I will certainly avoid Trophy Nissan in Mesquite, Texas. Furthermore, anyone I know who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle I will not recommend to them Trophy Nissan. Here’s why; Just a couple of weeks after purchasing my Armada from Trophy Nissan, relatives and I noticed some heavy duty wrapping around the tail pipe secured with hose clamps. We did not bother to remove the wrappings until I could get some answers from the dealership if they knew about this or have any idea of what this is for. It has been 38 days since I purchased the vehicle and after numerous emails to several individuals, including my salesman, I have not received one single reply with any kind of idea of what the wrappings are for. I sent them several photos with my emails but they haven’t responded. Their ‘after the sale’ service is non-existent at the time of this review.
