If you’re looking for a car ask for Jailen! He was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. We had him running all over the place and he never once seemed bothered. Even in the brutal Texas heat he stayed positive, patient and genuinely happy to help. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions, made sure we understood everything and never made us feel pressured. He gave us the space we needed to make our decision, which made the experience so much more enjoyable. Customer service like his is hard to find. We will 100% buy from Jailen and Trophy Nissan again and will happily recommend him to anyone looking for a stress free car buying experience. Thank you Jailen for going above and beyond!

Sales associate, Jose (Ben) Hernandez was very professional. Listen as to what model of Nissan that I wanted and did not pressure in any way. He did not try to sell me on anything that I did not want as well as no pressure. At this time I cannot review service department as vehicle was ready to go with no issues. Andrew in finance was professional as well with no pressure to purchase additional add on’s and got me in and out quickly. This was a great buying experience from start to finish.

Went to Trophy just to look at bed size of Frontier crew cab long bed. Told Karen (sales) i just want to look at the bed size and that is it. Instead of sitting me down and asking if I wanted water then going through 50 questions. She just went to get the truck and pulled it up. I was impressed because I could have been wasting her time. She picked out the black one. Karen must be good at reading people. I could not believe how nice the truck looked. I used to think nissans were junk and I would never buy one. We talked about the price and the 0 interest special. I told her my credit was 846. She worked up some numbers we test drove it. Deal done. I bought the black one. I was hooked. Financing guy was funny and to the point. I bought the truck and have no regrets. Other dealer down the road not to be named but sells fords are so arrogant, bragging about stuff the personally own, talking about themselves so annoying. Overall they were unwilling to fix some hail damage on a used car or deal at all. They just raised the price every time the salesman went to the back. The brand new frontier was cheaper than athe hail damaged 2022 tacoma with 40k on the clock down the road. I think your 3.8l non turbo is going to change the work truck world. My father worked the assembly line at fomoco for 33 years. So I have some built in loyalty but the ford 3.5 and 2.7 turbos have too short of shelf life for me. Toyotas are too expensive and now their engines are screwed.
