I am serious about customer service. In 2011 I had a bad experience at Trophy and vowed never to return. March 2015 I did go back, but I was a horrible customer. I sat outside in my car and made the the salesperson came to me. He did three times. Every ridiculous request I made was granted. Jim Johnson went above and beyond to make my experience good. The Finance person also exceeded my expectations by a presenting a lower interest rate than expected. It took me a long time to go back, but they made good with the service. I will return.

Always great service
I have dealt with this dealership for a very long time they have always treated me with respect and outstanding salesmanship and service. I've never had any problems with the cars that I have purchase from them and there service center is outstanding as well.

Amazing Service
The staff at Trophy is amazing. Every one was kind and upbeat. Calvin Perkins is the best person to talk to when buying a car! He really listened to my wants and needs. I love my car and will go back with my needs in the future.

Review on Trophy Nissan
I have been a Trophy Nissan customer for over 10 years. My buying experience 10 years ago was wonderful. I was thoroughly informed regarding the car I was purchasing and was educated on all the options available to me. I recently looked into purchasing a new Nissan and, although I decided now was not the time for me to buy, the process was very enjoyable. There was no pressure and again, I was informed of all my options. I cannot say enough good things about the service department. Danny Slatinsky has been my service advisor the entire time since I purchased my car. He is always very thorough and explains in detail what service my car needs and why. I have never had to bring my car back because something was not fixed and I have always been very satisfied. When I do purchase a new car, it will definitely be from Trophy Nissan due to both their sales staff and my service advisor.

fast, friendly service, quality work

Horrible customer service - very impersonal - sharks
The sales experience is good but wait until you need service. The warranty you purchase is misrepresented and useless. The customer service writers are too busy with their March madness pools to talk to you. And gentlemen, don't send your wife or daughter in as they will try to pressure them to spend big money for unneeded things. Unfriendly sharks. Buyer beware.
