Over the last year, I have been working to find my boss a new car. That’s right, I find great joy in the car buying process. We almost decided on a beautiful, certified preowned, Maybach; but this time, really wanted something that was going to stand out. I stumbled upon this prestigious car and immediately knew my boss would enjoy it. When he gave me the “green light,” Jake and his team hit the ground running. Jake was amazing, offering such a personable, concierge style buying experience even from a distance. They created a deal for us that we could not refuse. When it was all said and done, there was no negative equity in the old car, the new car’s price had amazing value, and Jake ensured the smooth delivery and pick up, of each of the cars. I’ve never met Jake in person but the texted fist pumps say it all. Thanks Jake and thanks Mercedes.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your dealership on 08/29/2025. My experience was, without a doubt, the worst I have ever had when attempting to purchase a vehicle, and I will not be recommending your establishment to anyone. I traveled all the way from San Antonio to your dealership specifically to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle, after speaking with a member of your sales team. During our conversation, I was given specific information about the vehicle's warranty, which was a crucial factor in my decision to place a deposit and reserve the car. The information I received was later confirmed by the CarFax report I was provided. Upon my arrival, after a long drive, I was shocked to be informed that the warranty information I had been given was incorrect. Your staff admitted to providing me with false information. Despite this admission, the sales team showed no willingness to rectify the situation. Instead of a discussion or an attempt to find a solution, I was presented with an ultimatum: either purchase the car under the same terms or take my deposit back and leave. This lack of professionalism and customer service is appalling. I was misled, and when I arrived in good faith, I was treated with indifference and a complete lack of concern for the significant inconvenience and wasted time this caused me. The sales team was unwilling to engage in any meaningful dialogue, and their take-it-or-leave-it attitude was unprofessional and insulting. Furthermore, I was unable to find a formal process for providing feedback, which is a significant failing for any business. It suggests a lack of accountability and a disregard for customer experience. My experience has left me with a very negative impression of your dealership and its practices. This is not how a reputable business should operate. I strongly urge you to review your sales processes and customer service training to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

I recently bought a GLC 300 for my daughter and was honestly expecting the usual dealership hassle—lots of back and forth, pressure, and stress that can take the joy out of buying a new car. But working with Jake was the complete opposite. He made the process incredibly smooth, honest, and straightforward. No games, no pressure—just genuine, professional service. He truly made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Jake!

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience at Mercedes
My wife and I had a very pleasant experience at Mercedes of Plano because we were treated with respect by our sales consultant Stephen Gleason. He listened to our needs and was happy to show us what we were interested in. He did this knowing that we had not even decided that the Mercedes was the car for us. He was genuine and I believe he would treat everyone with the same level of service. Stephen was ultra knowledgeable about the product and easily answered all of our questions with no hesitation. I will say my wife ultimately choose another car brand for herself but only because of personal preference. Thank you, Stephen, for all your help and knowledge.

Subject: Feedback Regarding Promised Car Wash Service Dear Mb Plano, I purchased a 2023 GX 580 six months ago for $125,000, and overall, my experience has been positive. The vehicle has performed well, and your service staff has been courteous and professional. However, I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding the complimentary car wash that was promised at the time of purchase. I was told I could receive free car washes, but when I brought my vehicle in, I was informed that it’s only complimentary with a service appointment. Furthermore, I was told I could visit a Lexus service center owned by the same group — but they declined the wash, stating it only applies to Lexus vehicles. This experience was frustrating, especially when compared to my experience with Sewell. I also own a BMW purchased from Sewell, and their complimentary car washes are available regardless of whether I’m there for service or whether the vehicle was even purchased from that location. I’ve even taken my GLE there, and they washed it without issue. That’s the level of service I associate with premium dealerships. I respectfully request that your sales team avoid making promises that cannot be consistently delivered. Managing expectations honestly is key to maintaining trust and customer satisfaction.
