Buford Ga Mazda Location: The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. We drove an hour and a half to buy an almost $100k truck and trade in our old one. The second the papers were signed, we were immediately disregarded, avoided, and treated like an annoyance. You could literally feel their irritation whenever we called or walked through the door. They made multiple promises at signing: a full tank of gas, weather mats, wheel liners, and reimbursement for a second key. Instead, they left us with less than $20 in the tank—not even a quarter tank for a diesel. For the next month, I had to chase them down for the rest, calling constantly only to get ignored, given half-answers, or flat-out hung up on by the front desk (who clearly used caller ID to avoid my name). They even tried to run out the clock on their 30-day contract obligation. When they finally ordered the mats, they ordered the wrong ones, expecting me to drive another 3 hours round-trip to fix their mistake. It took getting a corporate service representative from another state involved just to get them to ship the mats and send my reimbursement check. To top off the insult, my total agreed-upon reimbursement for the key ($455.56) and gas ($80) was $535.56. The check they sent? $415.61. They shorted me on a debt they owed after we spent nearly six figures with them. This is deeply insulting considering their promises. They had me chasing them down with a toddler to take care of. I wasn't looking for a pat on the back or making wild demands; I was simply looking for what I was promised and what we shook hands on. If you want to be treated with respect and valued as a customer, do not buy a vehicle from this location. Wonderful truck, but an absolutely awful experience. Abysmal hospitality.

From start to finish, he was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything about the car. He really listened to my budget and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. The entire staff especially Lewis M. at the Mall of Ga location were extremely helpful while my husband and I were looking for a new SUV! Made the experience stress free and enjoyable! He was very informative and patient while making our decision and We left with our new car and completely satisfied! 100% recommend!

Excellent staff. Lewis sold me a car that fit my family perfectly. He was extremely helpful. The financial guy was nice and walked me through all the packages they had as well as giving me honest suggestions with me and my family in mind. Amazing experience overall.

Being an owner of a 15 year old Mazda6 in search of owning another Mazda because of its durability and reliability, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better car-buying experience. From the moment I walked in, Dylan directed me to salesman Robert Schmidt who took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for — not just the type of car, but what I needed it for, my budget, and even the features that mattered most to me. What really stood out was how far he went to make everything happen. When the exact model I wanted wasn’t available on the lot, he searched their network, kept me updated every step of the way, and went to a sister location to grab the vehicle for me to view in person and test drive. This is the best and easiest car buying experience. Direct and honest negotiations. No surprises. This is the second vehicle I've bought here and I'll be back again. The experience was great both times. Dylan and Robert are fantastic. You can trust these guys to do the right thing. Easy.
