Recently purchased a 2010 Outback from Debbie Watson at Bachman Subaru. Could not have been more satisfied with the entire experience. Debbie was knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to work with. Never any pressure. Debbie gave me factual answers and the pros and cons of each vehicle relative to my needs. She has continued to follow up on details relative to the purchase. Considering another purchase and plan to work with her again. I've purchased many cars and trucks during my lifetime and normally dread the process, but this was a pleasant and comfortable experience. Highly recommend the dealership and Debbie Watson.

I was looking for a good used Honda Accord and Bachman...
I was looking for a good used Honda Accord and Bachman Subaru and Chevy had several. Debbie Watson was my salesperson and she was very friendly, helpful and patient. I test drove several cars, and then went back to the one that I was most impressed by....and test drove it again. Again, Debbie was not pushy at all and let me do my thing. She worked with me on the price and I felt like I got a great deal at the end, which made it a pretty simple decision. Also, I had a tiny glitch with the trunk not closing like it should when I got back home and was moving my golf clubs into the Honda. I called Debbie and she asked when I could come in to have it fixed....and arranged a loaner. This too was simple and easy....and the trunk was fixed in a few hours. Good people in service too. I'd recommend Bachman Subaru (and Chevy) to anyone looking for new and used cars. They are knowledgeable and friendly....without any hard sell. Good place to get a car. Wayne

For the last 13 years I have been a Volkswagen owner (A New Beetle and then a Passat). Having my mind set on my next Volkswagen, my 90 year old Dad insisted I check out Subarus before making my final decision. Living in Southern Indiana, I really did not want to drive to Louisville to check on Subarus...but I did. My experience at Bachman's Subaru and with my salesman Ken Sutton helped convert me to a Subaru Owner. In general, I hate "car shopping"...but this was a very pleasant experience. Ken let me test drive several models, listened to all my comparisons of Volkswagens vs. Subarus, answered all my questions and never pressured me to make a decision. When it came down to trading in my car and agreeing on a "purchase price" for my new Outback, I was offered a great "trade in amount" and purchase price for my new Subaru. It was easy...no hassle and Ken and the other sales staff could not have been nicer or more professional. I felt that Ken really cared that I was happy with my new Subaru Outback from the purchase price, the car's features and Bachman's Service Center operation. He also went out of his way to explain the operations of all the Outback's driving features before I drove it home....Thanks again...I LOVE MY NEW OUTBACK!! D. Julius

Darren was very easy to talk to. He did not rush or hassle us to purchase. It took 3 trips to see him before we decided to buy and he was very patient. Great experience.

I was a little nervous and overwhelmed with the whole new...
I was a little nervous and overwhelmed with the whole new car buying process, and Darren simply made it easier. I visited many other dealerships and got this slimy feel from everyone trying to sell me a car, but when I went to Bachman Subaru, I felt as if I was getting real information. Darren never pushed me to do anything, but only offered applicable advice on the car-buying process as a whole. He gave a me a true pro's and con's list of each car I drove, and every time I left the dealership I felt better about buying a Subaru. I love my Legacy, and I have Darren House to thank for helping me make the right decision.

We were hesitant to start the process of buying a new car, not having done so for many years. Our first experience was with the dealer of another brand car and our worst expectations were realized: we were given glib answers to questions, were told conflicting information about the price of the car and were pressured by both the salesman and the manager, who "came in the room" to wear us down on the price. We passed on that one. Our experience with Bachman was a completely different experience. Everyone we had dealings with was friendly, considerate and at no time were we pressured into making a decision on a car or agreeing on a price. We were totally satisfied and have told friends about our positive experience. This was a totally stress-free experience and we will return when we are ready to purchase another car.

When I first met Darren I wasn't in the market for a...
When I first met Darren I wasn't in the market for a new car (I was dreaming of one though) he took the time that day and let me test drive a couple of models that I was considering. Over the course of a few months he did touch base and kept me up to date on other models I might be interested in when that time came. When we did bring our car in for service and found out it needed major repairs, thankfully Darren was at the dealership that day and spent hours helping me with the process of trade in and buying the coolest new car ever!! He made sure we got the best deal possible and was very helpful with all of our questions. He is a warm and friendly guy that helps take what sometimes can be an overwhelming experience of buying a car less scary! I tell everybody that is in the market for a new car or even used (if they have them) to go see Darren and get a Subaru!

We were in the market for a new Subaru (our 4th), but...
We were in the market for a new Subaru (our 4th), but were not in a hurry. We stopped by Bachman to see what they had on the lot and Darren House came out to show us around. He is an extremely cordial person. We told him we were 'just looking' and he put absolutely no pressure on us. He asked what the perfect car would be and we told him and went on home. He called us a later and told us he had found the car we described. We went back up to Louisville and had THE SMOOTHEST car buying experience ever. We would recommend Darren to anyone looking to buy a new Subaru. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Darren was such a big help in finding a replacemnt car...
Darren was such a big help in finding a replacemnt car for my daughter. I gave him my budget and specifications. He didn't waste time showing us things that wouldn't work for us. We purchased a Forester. It is the 5th Subaru that I have purchased. We are glad that it is part of our family. We know that it will have a long life and protect our daughter. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Bachman's and especially Darren for future purchases used or new. He is a kind individual who seems to care about his customers.
