Great Experience
I bought a used Subaru Forrester from Bachman Subaru and the experience was a delight. My salesman, James Young was polite, professional and helped me to address my questions and concerns. The financial manager, Brian shopped to get me a great rate and I appreciated his sense of humor and hard work. Overall, a quality job by all connected to Bachman Subaru!

I'm really happy with my overall experience at the Bachman Subaru dealership. I'm really glad I was able to work with Michael as well. He was very supportive and helped me every step of the way through the process. He is very knowledgeable! He seemed genuinely concerned about my wants and needs and he helped me find the perfect vehicle at a reasonable payment amount. I would highly recommend Bachman Subaru and I will definitely return in the future.

The whole buying experience was great. I was purchasing from out of state and Michael Angelini made sure that I understood the process completely. There was a snowstorm the night before and Michael made sure to put the truck inside so it was clean and dry. Brian the Finance Manager was able to get me great terms and offered me an extended warranty which I took I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman again.

Excellent Communication
contacted them about a car I saw on the internet. They had a great price and returned calls when they said they would. Ended up buying another car closer to home, but was impressed with the dealership...very friendly and helpful.

Missed Sale
Have been looking for car, found car and spoke with salesman and let him know I would be there on Sat to drive. could not get to dealer until weekend. before I drove to dealer called and checked on car. It had been sold the evening before. I was not contacted to let me know that someone was looking at car. I would have liked to have a chance at the car.

From the first contact by email by me to explain what my son would be shopping for upon returning from Rhode Island where he was preparing to graduate from the Navy OCS, to getting into his new car and driving off everyone was very nice to deal with and supportive in making sure he was taken care of. In comparison with other dealers I had also contacted initially by email, this company (and Eric) were the best: immediate response and a correct assessment of what I was looking for - the other dealers failed to either respond in a timely manner or got my email mixed up with someone wanting to trade in a Honda. Everyone also took the time to thank my son for his service. The other dealers did not. Darren greeted us as soon as we pulled up and immediately got into the process of helping my son find the car on the lot that met his criteria - that mainly being a stick shift. They had only one in the Outback/Forester/Crosstrek products my son was considering, but 20 minutes and a test drive later, a sale was made. If I buy another car before moving from Kentucky I will go to Bachman's first, and hopefully, only!
