Where's The Car?
My sales experience was below par and it continued after the purchase of the vehicle. It was late when the papers were signed and they asked if they could keep the vehicle to wash it and perform the inspection the next day. I agreed as I did not want to reschedule. Now it has been 36 hours later and I am still waiting on my vehicle. After multiple attempts to speak with them the sales team I finally spoke with the sales manager. He told me it was normal to take 35 hours for the vehicle inspection. We are at hour 36 now.......

I will always use grapevine ford
I was in a bad spot with getting a car , My credit score was low. I only had 1200 to put down and I needed some help . Thank goodness for Andrew Boaz at Grapevine ford dealership, The young man understands my current situation and put me in a brand new 2018 Ford Focus with 31 miles on it. I have never ever had better customer services I will only use grapevine ford and can’t wait to one day get a Ford Focus RS . I can’t wait to go back. I will always recommend this great dealership.

Make sure you ask for Jose Ayala, awesome guy and made everything go so fast and painless. I even got my existing car's oil changed while I purchased a new Ford Focus.

Worse experience ever
Went into purchase a Navagiator and had called ahead to insure the one we wanted was available with Audrey and she said she would have it there for us. After our hour drive we arrived and she pulled the SUV up front for us. I love it and told here we would take it. She asked if we wanted to drive it so we did. After getting back to the dealer I was informed that they would not entertain any offers less than sticker.. i agreed to pay sticker. Most would think the deal would be done right?!?! It went south fast from here. First she ask for my Drivers license which I did not have due to leaving it at the hotel earlier in the week on business. But I did have a state ID. She said that would not work and spoke to my wife and asked for hers so we played along. Next handed a paper credit application to her and asked she fill it out. At this point they haven't told us what would get for our trade or anything on a deal. But we played along. Then she said she was going to speak with her manager. She came back with a form for my wife to sign, that they pulled her credit... now mind you we have not made any deal or seen any numbers and they didnt tell us they would be running credit that was not necessary. Next I asked where we were on the numbers and they gave us a low ball offer on our trade and basically we could either take it or leave. Well we left. Worse experience ever. And both the sales person and manager were dressed very sloppy to be selling a 100k suv imo.

Help out of a bad situation
I was referred to Grapevine by a friend. I was in a bad situation with my previous vehicle. Chase , Joe and Xavier worked very hard and were very open with me. This is the first Ford I have ever purchased in my life. I am very happy with vehicle and appreciative of what they did to get me out of the situation that I was in.
