Poor customer service

To say I am Disappointed is an understatement . Having done my research for the vehicle I wanted. Even going as far as getting pre approved. I headed to the dealership where the vehicle I wanted was at. I waited for assistance and after 30 minutes of waiting no help came. I then went inside and was advised everyone was busy at the time. I decided to wait inside my vehicle until a sales man became available. After 20 minutes I went back to wait by the vehicle in hopes of someone being able to assist me. There was an older couple that had just arrived and about 2 minutes later a sales man came and asked them if they needed assistance. Sadly to say that was the last straw for me. The dealership obviously did not need nor want a sale today. I wouldn?t go back there if the vehicle was 5000 less. Lack of basic consideration and customer service was a serious fail. Thanks but no thanks.

Grapevine Lincoln doesn't honor sales agreements

We bought our 2013 Lincoln MKX from Grapevine Lincoln as a new car. For the first two years they gave us great service and we loved our service advisor Randy. Randy has left and the service has declined. One of our biggest issues is we were promised a "loaner" car whenever we brought our car in for service that required more than a few hours and were told we were "elite" Customers. Now the new Manager is saying the loaner cars are reserved for their "elite" Customers who have a 2016 or 2017 Lincoln. So, you could only anticipate that in a year or two these owners will no longer be "elite" Customers. Do NOT buy a car from these folks! you will regret it!! We would love to take our Lincoln to another dealer for service but once again we have a big issue. If we go elsewhere, we have a $100. deductible. We also own two Lexus, a 2005 and 2015. Lexus provides fabulous Customer Service and a loaner for a car that's as old as 2005 with NO issues!

Fantastic customer service

Our experience at Grapevine was awesome. Very personable friendly salesman Brandon, who with everyone made our visit and our purchase fantastic. We're most definitely going back

New car purchase

Blane listened to what we were looking for in a car and matched us up with the perfect option. Out of the gate, pricing was direct and reasonable; no hassle. He efficiently went through all the options on this loaded car. The entire team was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Financing with Cameron went quickly and smoothly. This is our second new car purchase with Blane and the Grapevine team. Looking forward to an F-150 purchase in the future.

Professional. Efficient. Reasonable. Information on website was accurate and current. Salesman Zac was knowledgeable and low pressure. Trade in value met my expectations. No delay on paper work. Super clean detailing on vehicle. Strong recommendation.

Great experience overall.

They had the right veheical for me so it was all about making a deal that I was comfortable with and they did that. I am very pleased with the experience.

Expedition purchase

Rob did a great job in expediting the sale in a very professional manner. He and Dub worked to get find a replacement windshield and will get it installed as soon as it arrives at the dealership.

Pleasantly Impressed!

Very personal service from such a high volume dealership. It was an unexpected pleasant experience. Kudos to Carver, Brent and Tracy! Ask for them! It was definately worth the drive from Waco and im so very happy I did! :)
