Danny always explains the work done and the work suggested with honest information and answers my questions openly. I trust his judgement and he works with me. I will always request him.

I paula and Patrick really enjoyed the walk around and refreshments was amazing.. the timing was well worth the wait.. summer was my dealer and she made sure I didn’t leave there without being satisfied with my new vehicle! She work amazing price deals for me and my husband.. we was a little nervous cause I thought we was going to get another turn around but summer work out our financial part of the process she was so optimistic and eager to assure we was gonna be happy before we left Grubbs infinity. Great experience with Grubbs every time I have visited the service department. I purchased my q50 from another infinity dealership but I’m always treated like I purchased it from Grubbs . I appreciate the hospitality.

Bait and switch specialists. We never found a car that was listed on Cars.com actually existed at the dealership. We initially contacted them regarding a specific listing and were told to come in and see it. While on the way to the dealership, we got a call “Sorry it sold, but I have others, see you soon.” The others were priced thousands more. We found another that was listed that we wanted to see...”oh man, I can’t find that one I don’t know where it is.” I get a call from the salesman the next day that he has keys to a service loaner that he can sell for an acceptable price. He calls me a few minutes later saying that it’s no longer available. Same thing happens the next day...I ask him to take me off his list. I then call and speak to a different salesman and inquire about the original vehicle...”yeah, I have it come on down.” He calls me back a few minutes later “man I’m sorry that one was sold on Saturday, but I have others...” Interesting note — today, 6 days after beginning the search, all of these cars are still listed on cars.com as available.
