Grubbs is absolutely the very best in service and Bill Godfrey our Service Advisor went above and beyond in keeping me apprised on the status of my vehicle. He already said they were finishing up but came back a few minutes later showing me a photo of one of the tires with a screw in the sidewalk. A VERY GOOD CATCH. My wife is the primary driver and this could have resulted in an accident or inconvenient situation with a flat tire at the wrong time. The tire was replaced in short order and I was on my way.
