Made a uncertain out of state purchase right
I purchased an Infinity QX30 from California. It failed inspection. Grubbs Infinity fixed Coolant problem and made me aware of a front end alignment. I appreciate the free loaner car.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - DISHONEST TEAM
ZERO STARS.... The ABSOLUTE WORST experience I’ve ever had at a dealership in my entire life! Don’t expect them to honor a posted internet price. As others have stated here the deal wasn’t the same as agreed upon. Don’t trust that the agreed deal will be transcribed to the actual paperwork. If you try to explain and ask for the deal that you were promised, don’t expect that to happen!!! If you try to explain or get your point across, the sales manager is VERY DISMISSIVE AND RUDE! After spending 6 hours at the dealership I was treated with no respect by the sales manager, TERRY MCCAIN, who is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. I should have been told upon arrival that the advertised price would NOT be honored, and I would have immediately left the dealership. This was a very dishonest situation and reflects directly on Grubbs Infiniti and the management of this dealership.

Dishonest Dealership - Worst Experience Imaginable
