my car was held in your location for a month, at the

my car was held in your location for a month, at the beginning i was told that i would get it within two weeks, i had brought this car for overheating, i had change radiator, fan, thermostat and housing and also sensor for fan, this car would only overheat in the highway after 30 min being driven.. but after a month, after calling many times you guys told me that my car hadn't been looked up because you guys were behind, so i gave you guys many calls and you guys got to my car, unfortunately i was given a poor diagnosis, you guys came up saying that it was the head gasket issues. but i don't agree because of my car not overheating from the beginning. other mechanics have agree is not the head gasket related because then my car would be overheating all of the time.. so i did tell that to the service manager, but with arrogance i was told that he stand his certified mechanics. and i still was charged so if i wouldn't had said anything to the mechanics, then they would not had come up with that head gasket issue.. so i waited a full month to hear what i was told, so i don't agree with the head gasket issue.. i had cars before with issues of head gasket before and i know it was does, the overheating its constant and not just after 30 min and my car still runs.. in other words i feel i was charge 210 for just nothing.. so i did a bad review on your dealership because of the poor diagnose.. and i urge people not to take it to your dealership

Very unbusiness like made a deal on a vehicle had check in hand then they turned around and tried to charge us more than the agreed price after working with our bank

I thought a 2020 GMC truck with less than 60k miles on

I thought a 2020 GMC truck with less than 60k miles on it. I noticed the wheel was squeezing so I took it back within 1 day. They looked at it and said it normal no need to fix it. Fast forward 2 months. This louder than ever. Next, I had a check engine light on so I took it to this location. They say we do not know when we can get to it maybe 5 days but you have to leave it there. They do not offer a rental car. What’s a customer to do? Take the bus? Fast forward 2 weeks. No calls from the service department with follow ups. I call in. I am told we have not even looked at your truck. They still say not sure when we will be able to look at it much leads a fix. This Thursday will be the start of the third week. This is an absolute unacceptable situation for anyone. Although, it is the way they do it or should on say not do it. I had a f250 ford I traded for a GMC. Due to this experience I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership again. It is complete insane experience. As soon as I get it back I will be trading it in for a Ford again. Ford dealerships destroy this dealership. It’s not even a thought. Suck a horrible experience. Life lesson learned. As a customer I will not buy again because it something needs to be fixed you can bet your bottle dollar it will be a month wait. No thank you. I will choose a company who actually takes care of its customers instead of making excuses. I will never purchase from them again and recommend you think twice about purchasing from them too.

I just left the dealership. Elaine and Tabitha was so polite and so professional. I will always do business at Bruce Lowrie and recommend Bruce Lowrie to anyone out shopping for a car. You guys are excellent
