Kevin and his service department did an excellent job getting the trucks serviced in a timely manner. As always, they are very professional, and I appreciate the quick turnaround which was little downtime for our facility.

Service is absolutely wonderful.
Service is absolutely wonderful. Being greeted when you pull into the service drive to being updated throughout the day of the process. And having a shuttle service provided is such a peace of mind. Getting a clean washed vehicle at pick up really puts the icing on the cake. So happy with my Terrain. Thank you

Everyone was super helpful from the minute we came
Everyone was super helpful from the minute we came through the doors. Leslie helped us find a salesman to help discuss my trade in options, we were handed to Matt. Matt Taylor was extremely helpful. He worked to get us the numbers we needed and helped understand the process. He was very personable and knew what he was talking about. We had Juan Olivares for financing. He was hilarious and full of dad jokes. Juan kept us at ease during what is usually a very stressful time. Several of the staff said hi during our time and everyone was overall very nice. We will highly recommend James Wood to anyone!
